Ordered an appetizer and then 10 min later the waitress says they’re out of all appetizers EXCEPT fried pickles. Okay, so no appetizers. Ordered food (boneless wings). About 10ish minutes later she come back and says they’re out of boneless wings but the chef can chop up a tender. No thanks! Ended up with thr fried shrimp and fries. The fries had NO SALT/SEASONING whatsoever. Asked for ketchup and I’m still waiting (it never came). My daughter and mother each got the all u can eat wings (advertised at $15/person, but charged $15.99/person). The waitress never checked on us until I asked for the check. My mother and daughter both had issues with their checks (charged for items they weren’t aware they would be charged for) and questioned things so the waitress said she would just get a manager (said with an attitude) but a manager never came. The food was pretty good, but the customer service needs work.

I go on Tuesdays after 7pm for their $6.24 nacho special. They use dorittos and tues is the only day they sell em. They also have nice strong cocktails (small pitchers tho, only serve 2ppl instead of 4) Friendly nice looking staff. You just have to pay attention to that receipt when the bill come.

I’m leaving a review as I sit here at the current moment. It’s our first time visiting after just moving here and the customer service is horrible. As soon as we entered, we were greeted with an attitude by the lady whom took our order at the counter. I don’t want to speak poorly based upon our experience, so try it yourself. It just look bad seeing our “black” people be so nasty. We’ll be opening a restaurant soon and would never provide this type of customer service. The service was slow as well.

Came in today to get something for take out. Ordered the Philly cheese steak and fries, chicken tender sub, and chicken tenders. The lady that took our order was extremely rude. From the moment we approached the counter to the moment we left horrible service. Waited to get food which is not even an issue. The issue is when the lady who took our order came out with our food approached us as if we have inconvenienced her day we had to inform her that the chicken tenders was missing from our order to which she replied no it’s not I put it in there. She ended up walking back in the cook area I guess and brought the tenders. The same ones she claimed she put in our bag. It was our first time visiting and I can absolutely say we will not be coming back. For the amount they charge the portion definitely doesn’t fit the price.

My husband and I just wanted to go out and enjoy the night. Definitely not for the mature crowd this particular night but the drinks and wings were good. And our waitress was awesome and nice! We will definitely go back!

Came in today to get something from take out with my fiancé .We just moved here and was looking for some good wings, googled and jr came up as the best wing spot . The lady that took our order was extremely rude and that was From the moment we approached the counter. We asked the popular flavor here and what’s the hottest she couldn’t answer told us to read the menu . Waited to get food which is not even an issue. The issue is the front desk lady customer service. We left with the lunch special really good wings and but received the worse customer service.

I came but it’s was good okay vibe was nice the dj was entertaining…. He shouted my mama out. It’s was her birthday so me n my siblings brought her there. It took forever for our food and the drinks… then me my mama and sister put an order in and I never received the food. Mann at the end someone tried to make it right & offer a shot but I’m hungry and ready to go plus at that point I had already waited like 30 mins no lie so bump that bruhh …… sad part this was my first time coming…. I don’t make a difference but I will not be back and me folks. Slow service even for cook to order.

My waitress was really nice & helpful. The restaurant was clean and not crowded. The music selection was my favorite part. I ordered chicken (tenders) & waffles. The first batch of chicken tenders was sort of raw inside so I asked for them fried hard. They did bring me a new plate of tenders. If you want them cooked thoroughly, ask for fried hard unless you like the inside of your chicken slimy. The drinks were good & reasonably priced. New location & there are some improvements that can be made, but overall great experience.
