They were out of chicken. Picked something else, only to find they were also out of coleslaw and other items. Had to ask if each item was in stock while ordering. Didn’t receive everything we ordered and the French fries were gross, cold, and dark brown. Definitely avoid this location.

Waited about 15 minutes in the drive thru with no one in front of me. Once they took my order and I went to the window to pay I was told to park because they had to cook the food I ordered. Perfectly fine with that. About ten minutes later I get my food but no drinks so I told the girl, nicely, that my drinks were forgotten. When she brought them to me one of them was over flowing and not cleaned off and got all over me and inside my car. Already upset I headed home and gave my husband his food which was a double bacon cheese burger with no veggies. When he looked at his burger it was as though someone dumped mayo on it and only gave him the fatty parts of the bacon. I got the corn dog minis meal which was burnt. Needless to say we will not go back at all considering the staff didn’t seem to care, and I have worked fast food before, and the food was just beyond gross and basically threw money away tonight. Thanks for nothing.

Terrible service on 3/21 at 6pm. Asked to pull forward and they would bring out food. Waited 15 minutes, no food. Went in and the had forgotten about my order. They didnt even know what I ordered. 10 more minutes until my order was ready. The kitchen was laughing and having a good time.

Absolutely the worst fast food experience in a long time!!! The cashier argued that they do not sell gallons of root beer when it was clear marked on the menu that they did they were 4.99. Instead he tried to charge me 17 dollars for two gallons…. So I changed my order. It took a little bit to get our food that we clearly ask to dine in…. However we received no plates to eat our food or utensils. When we got our biscuits they were just shoved in with our chicken…. Not too mention the food itself was definitely not up to par…. Old chicken, old biscuits, bland mac, even the mash potoates had no flavor!!! An absolute waste of over 30 dollars…. I will never eat here again!!! Lesson learned!!

I’m from West Monroe Louisiana. The last time I seen a A&W was in Rustin Louisiana and that’s been 10 years ago. So when I seen the A&W here in the Springs on Academy . I had to stop in . I was impressed and overwhelmed with joy . Good service with good food. I loved it !
