I made an order on the app for delivery at 7:40 PM. They called me back to tell me they were not delivery drivers and if I would like to pick it up. I simply stated I was not able to pick it up and to please cancel my order and refund my money. The person on the phone said no problem. It’s almost been a week and they have not refunded my money so I had to dispute it on my credit card. Be very careful ordering delivery with this particular Jimmy John’s because they will not refund your money when they do not have delivery turned off in the app. If they don’t have a delivery driver, no problem but you need to refund people their money. I am out $23.

Can’t even rate the food because the delivery order was never prepared. Called another store and apparently this store was locked with no staff during business hours. Would be 1 star if I didn’t get an automatic refund.

Wow. The Mill Ave location definitely has its struggles. (I remember the time one of its managers was going through a housing issue (?) and she used the back window to store all of her worldly goods). I only go here when I am desperate. Yesterday I placed a to go order, and headed over. Once it was ready, they placed the sandwich the counter, no bag, no napkins, no cookie, no cup. So I went on my regular JJ scavenger hunt. Someone had left some crusty residue on one of the cups, I mentioned the issue and put it lip down on the counter. The employee popped it right back on the stack. How they pass any inspections is beyond me. It’s like JJ‘s corporate could care less about this location and it shows.

Time and time again I’ve ordered food from this place and every time I order from them the cancel the delivery even though I order through DoorDash because they choose to deliver their own food. I’ve done this several times only because I enjoy their food but the fact that I have go through the whole process of ordering before they tell me that they are unable to deliver is beyond infuriating to me. If they are not able to deliver then why even offer it or why not go through DoorDash directly. Am I missing something??? I would deeply not recommend ordering delivery from this place unless you are absolutely prepared to pick up the order yourself.

Never open and quality is horrid. Literally one employee working the store and operating hours are never accurate, closed weekends. Check for yourselves! Owner will post the same generic response so Google doesn’t shut down, but can verify this location is BARELY operable. Says open today (Sun 5/21), but completely closed. Go to jersey mikes instead.

THIS LOCATION IS ALWAYS CLOSED! At the rate they are going they may as well close the store down for good so the clientele doesn’t have to play the lottery with getting a meal delivered or picked up. You’re better off cooking at home because that’s exactly what you will have to do by ordering from this location.

Not Freaky Fast. It took 1 hour 10 minutes to get my order. I called 45 minutes after placing my order & it had been out for delivery for 30 minutes. The person who answered the phone was not customer friendly, told me the driver was making 5 deliveries and should be here in a couple minutes. It took another 25 minutes to arrive.

I ordered delivery at this location. Over an hour passed, and nothing. I tried to call several times, but they would not answer their phones. I ordered and hour and a half before they closed, and now they are closed and I haven’t gotten any updates. I’m assuming my order will be canceled, though. Super frustrating.
