literal a$$. ordered through doordash, and was only delivered 1 sandwich, after ordering 2. we called the store asking what had happened, and where the other one was. the first woman we spoke to was kind, and said that we must have received the wrong order, that driver was practically already here with the correct one, and that they would fix it quickly. 20 minutes go by, and no sight of our order. so we called the store again, and we were met with hostility, and honestly gaslighting. they acted put out by the fact that we only got half our order, and a different woman from the first said, “i guess we’ll get that to you” and hung up. a few minutes later, it arrived in a crumpled bag, with a crumpled receipt inside. they usually staple it to the bag, with the bag also stapled shut. i work in the food industry myself, and understand a certain amount of frustration – when the frustration MAKES SENSE. but i would NEVER do that. the fix was simple, so fix it with grace and civility, just as myself and my coworkers would do at my job. we were literally just hungry, wanted food, and paid for it. not that big of an ask.

Their slogan should be subs so slow you’ll freak. Lol I went in two weeks ago and it took them 20 minutes to make my one sandwich. So this time I decide to order online. I place the order at 12:05 p.m.. I got there at 12:25 and my order was not ready. I did not get my order and leave until 12:45. 40 minutes for one sandwich. Yikes!

Online order was not processed until I walked into the store. Sandwich was sloppy, an missing ingredients that I specifically ordered. Waited for 20+ min, an sure they were busy, but to make the sandwich wrong? Really? I like jimmy john, but this was the worst sandwich ever.

I usually love Jimmy John’s, but this location didn’t live up to the usual standard. We did a pick up order and it took 15-20 minutes, but the restaurant wasn’t busy at all—3/4 employees were not working and they missed part of our order.

First time ordering from this establishment and they messed up my order. I repeated my order several times and they even read it back to me. Still, found a way to mess it up. Customer service was also sub par and a bit aggressive. I don’t need to feel like I’m back in the Army going through a chowhall line when I’m ordering a sandwich at Jimmy John’s just for them to mess it up. Not coming back. I also never leave negative comments because it’s bad for business, but this was quite rediculous.

We always order the sandwiches cut in half and No hollowing of the bread. We went to Rock Springs JJ and repeatedly told them this. Sure enough, they hollowed the bread out and didn’t cut it in half. It’s quite a ways from I-80 and our experience is that it’s not worth the drive. ATTN: Rock Springs Franchise Owner.
