Waited 30 minutes for them to take it out to curbside pickup. Just to wait another 30 minutes for them to tell us that they didn’t think we were picking it up. Lady claimed she was the only one working when we saw two employees leave while we were there. The food was cold and the beverages were warm. She could’ve at least redone the order they were supposed to bring out. I will not be returning to this McDonald’s

Unbelievable. Here in Beloit 5 days from out of state. Latte ever morning. But every single evening waited at LEAST 10-15 minutes in line (5 minutes minimum at the order station in dead silence) paid for my latte then sat at the window another 5 minutes (minimum) only to be told the machine was broken. Then waited for a cash refund on my credit card purchase. There is NO coincidence that the machine broke every night and was miraculously fixed by 7:00 a.m. The evening staff obviously did not know what they were doing. It was night and day from morning service to evening service. I’ll drive further to the other one for the rest of the week.

Staff is terribly rude, it’s like they’re so upset to actually do their job. We asked for ketchup packets and they responded with “can you?”. We had to ask about ingredients for a friend’s allergies and the manager had to unnecessarily comment about my friends disability even though it had nothing to do with their allergies. 2 time this month I did curbside pick up. Had the same young girl. The first time she forgot my son’s chocolate milk and gave no straws. This time she forgot my son’s chocolate milk and my other son’s drink. When I told her she tells me it wasn’t on there. So I told her do you want me to show you the order? She goes oh well the drive thru is busy so I’ll just go get it. Even my daughter looked at her like are you for real. We ordered 5 meals how do you only come out with 3 drinks??

Was reminded yet again today why I never stop at this McDonald’s. Terrible service the manager was very rude arguing with me that I should of paid at the first window. I told her there is no one there I stoped and waited there was no one to take payment. She responded yes there is she flat out called me a liar. Does it even matter just take my card and hand me my food she handed me my order and told me to “have a day” will not come back to this McDonald’s They need to clean house and get a completely new managment staff.
