This little restaurant is a hidden gem in Nampa. If you’re a fan of Mexican food, you need to try this place out. Good quality dishes are served here. It is run by a family, and the service is fantastic. Good pricing and the portion size will leave you full and happy. The menudo is particularly good. I am from California, and this restaurant is California quality. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed

Tried the lunch specials. Lots of combinations and choices. Love the shredded chicken and shredded beef tacos with homemade corn tortilla. Cheese enchiladas were hot and cheesy with delicious red sauce. Fresh, delicious guacamole with a spicy homemade salsa. I would recommend The El Don Margarita because it was super fresh and delicious. I tried the Michelada for the first time, and it had great spices, a refreshing taste, and it was delivered with a flame. The restaurant atmosphere was great with decorations which were bright and cheery with plenty of happy music. Lupe is a wonderful waitress.Definitely coming back for the happy hour.

Wonderful little restraunt. Great friendly staff and tasty food. My family and I have been back several times. Mambo Burrito has been my favorite dish so far. Parking can be a challenge, and when dining in with a party of 6 usually, it takes our orders longer to be prepared, but it is worth the wait.

Awesome spot to grab some good food. The portions are hefty, the prices are fair. The staff here is super motivated and you can tell they care about their patrons as they are busy often it seems but always running around tending to every table. 10/10 would recommend and will be back in the future.

Absolutely amazing! Hands down the best Mexican restaurant in all the treasure valley. I knew this place was going to be good when I had the chips and salsa. We had the torta and taco salad and they did not disappoint. I look forward to coming back and trying more! Definitely recommend this hidden gem. Don’t ever change please

Highly recommend, got the Mambo burrito and it was delicious! Salsa was fresh tasting and the chips are warm! My GF said the chicken was delicious too. Service was great and in general the atmosphere was pleasant and fun. Definitely recommend to try this place out!
