Just expect to not have your food for an hour. They don’t care. I’d go to a different location. Ordered at 8:45pm didn’t leave till 9:50pm. Others who ordered after me got food in a decent time frame. I will never go back to this location and I wouldn’t Recommend.

Placed an order online at 4:24 and came to pick it up @ 5:10 cuz I always know they take longer than usual but got dmnnnn…. 524 and is still in the works. Poor management to get orders out. I see good hard working people in there but management needs to staff up or change something. Order food for pick up at 6:30 and got to the store at 7:15 and still wasn’t ready, didn’t even have my receipt printed and said I never ordered when I showed them my online order they told me they were bearly working on it! Wth that’s crazy! Service sucked and food quality sucked as well! Definitely not worth the wait but this was the only one close to my house after a 10hr shift at work! ☹️

Worst customer service ever! Food took 40 min s wait time, arrived and waited another 20 minutes. 6 men in the cook area, 10 people waiting. They missed my fries, and one guy just handed them to me. No bag no nothing. Spills my drink all over the side of the cup and doesn’t clean it. Never going back to this place. Little Rd establishment, very disappointed. Food was very good.

I have no idea how the food taste I just know I’ve been waiting for an hour for my food. Do not come here. I did an online order about an hour and a half ago and have to receive it yet. They have cleared all the customers that have come in, the doordash orders, the all the orders. I have been sitting on this bench for 40 minutes waiting on an order after the order instructed I come in at this time. I can assure that everyone who has come in has not been 8 months pregnant either. Do not come here. If you want your food at a reasonable time go someplace else.

I called in and ordered the 10pc classic wing combo, and requested it to be WELL DONE. That’s not what I received. I received under cooked wings that were still slimy and rubbery and tossed in a bunch of sauce. I tried putting it in the microwave to try and cook it some more, as I’m currently living out of a hotel. That didn’t help, so I had to throw it all away. I waste of $18.

This location is the worst! I forgot and accidentally ordered from here. Every-time I order food from this location it’s never ready when I get there even tho I wait about 35 minutes before heading over there. I was just asked what order I was here to pick up and then girl walked away, helped about three other people and then came back to me and asked if I had been helped! What the hell? There’s about four other people here waiting on orders with the same issue. Food is always stale and cold. This place sucks. Maybe get some competent staff for the little road location? Spent $60 bucks here for horrible food and even worse service.

This is the worst and most unorganized wingstop in history. Drinks are always flat and if you order online the food won’t be ready to atleast 15 min after they told you it would be ready. This location should shut down. They are always understaffed. This has been goin on for atleast a year man.
