As I pulled into the parking lot there were 3 employees outside smoking pot and being loud. I pulled into the drive thru and ordered my food go to the window with no one else in line and had to wait 10 min for my food that came out wrong so I went into the store and the employees were cussing and yelling at one another while playing around the shift manager was very rude and disrespectful as I explained they messed my order up so when I finally got my order replaced it was wrapped horribly and still was wrong. This place needs new management and structure bc this store is worse than the ones in Indianapolis by far I will not be going back anytime soon

After a rough patch during the Covid fiasco the Taco Bell has really bounced back. They people are always friendly and always get my order right. Both of this are super important because, let’s face it, this is a fast food chain. There are lots of them. When choosing a FF place to go accuracy and not dealing with unhappy people is a big factor.

Ordered nacho bell grande no sour cream no tomato extra cheese extra beef… don’t mind the extra charge. Got nacho bell grande with sour cream. As payment for remaking my order, that I paid for, didn’t get extra cheese extra beef that I paid for. Don’t expect to get what you pay for!

This is the worst Taco Bell I have visited. One day I went in there and was eating with my family, the manager came over and told us we need to take our food and leave cause they are closing, it was 1PM… about 10 minutes later a fire truck pulls up and the guys come inside, she said “sorry you need to leave, if you want food our drive thru is open” keep in mind these guys are in a fire truck serving our community & getting told they can’t even order carry out because the staff are lazy and want to close early.
