Staff was very cordial and respectful. The only issue I had was with the quality of the crunchy tacos. The taco shells were very soggy to the point that I could not eat it. If they can improve on the management of food, it can match their excellent customer service

This Taco Bell is open when it wants to be open. The attitude is terrible and they are out of cups and burritos and at least one thing every time we go. It used to be a Friday night ritual but now we have to go across town if we want a decent Taco Bell experience. The management here could care less.

We ordered online with a pick up time in 10 minutes. There were not a lot of cars in the drive thru line, so we received our order quickly. The food was ready and freshly prepared. The young lady at the drive thru window was very friendly.

the food is never made correctly. it’s always a mess & just sloppy…. they DO NOT care. Clearly, the owners DO NOT care either…. I noticed 1 review where the owner actually commented & said they’re “on it”….. LMAO!!! there is NO evidence that they are “on it”….. spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Person at cash register taking orders was extremely rude today 12/23/22 for lunch. Appeared to be a manager based in what she wore. Was very ugly with a hearing impaired customer right before us. Poor attitude, clearly customers being there bothered her. When asked about gifts cards she stated “oh no! The gift card machine ain’t working!” In a very rude tone. Won’t be using this location anymore.
