On this experience I was very disappointed It was about 450 give her take I came in and ordered a 16 piecemeal Inside to go And ordered an extra 4 biscuits on top of the 8 that comes with the meal When I got home I noticed and so did my very hungry children There were 13 pieces of chicken 7 biscuits They have the right amount of macaroni and mashed potatoes But the macaroni had been cooked at lunch And was thick cold and not the macaroni that we love, Yes I know I probably should have looked inside the bags But again I went inside to prevent that My bill was 51 and some change Then they asked me if I wanted to round up to give to local charities Which I said yes because I give to charities all the time. I just wish that they would have done what I paid I know nothing probably will come out of this but I am very disappointed.

Went and got a chicken sandwich.hardly hard any mayo on it went inside. Ask for mayo packets and they said didn’t have any then ask for a cup with mayo so my sandwich will have mayo on it.the girl bascily threw in on counter and I ask for knife. They laughed at me and ask me why I was staring , I said I wasnt.just waiting at counter for what I asked for..The manager shouldn’t be management and employees are rude. Plus clean to be better cleaned.

This KFC was one of my favorites however, it seems they had changed the quality of the chicken recently and the pieces are not as big as they used to be and now the bucket is more expensive. I know everything is more expensive now but don’t make shortcuts with quality. The taste still the same.

The ladies bathroom was nasty!!! The floors throughout the restaurant were slick, greasy and gross. Needs a total cleaning. The workers were also rude and the food was debatable. Looked like the chicken had been sitting out a while. Just really nasty

OMG I traveled 20 miles for the most horrible chicken and fixings in the the state of Tennessee. I’m from Cookeville Tn visiting a friend in TN. Ridge. I wanted KFC. So Waverly TN was close at 10 miles away we happily made the trip, making 20 miles round trip. But was very disappointed!

This place was very clean and fully staffed. It was recently remodeled with nicely placed cooperate memorabilia of Mr Sanders and Kentucky fried chicken. This restaurant is also a taco bell. Both of these franchisees are owned by yum brand which also owns Pepsi.

Went through drive through at 1. Ordered food. She said it would be few minutes on Taco bell part. Which I said was fine. Then when they brought it out had drink missing. She went back in to get it. Realized they had left out mac and cheese. She went back in and noticed no sauce. Met her so I could get sauce. Then before I was 2 minutes down road food had soaked through bag and was on car seat. I had ordered Mexican pizza it was on bottom of bag. It was smashed and was coming out of box and cheese was stuck on top. The tacos looked half wrapped. Spent over 31 dollars. Called and told management. Told her they needed to pack bags better. She did offer to make a new one.

Went through the drive through and there were kids screaming obscenities out of the car in front of me. As if that’s not bad enough the manager came out of the store irate yelling and cussing at me and my passengers for the screaming going on in the car in front of me. The food will never be fresh from this store, never once I have I gotten my order even tasting like it was halfway edible. I don’t know how this store is still in business and I was okay with them until the manager called me a sorry Mother F***** when I was waiting in line with my windows up for my chance to pretend I was going to get real food. Unless you want a crazy old lady or a car full of teenagers cussing you out I suggest you try subway across the street.

My husband and I walked in the door and the place was filthy! Outside of the dirt in every crevice and corner, it wreaked of old grease, sour mop and garbage. We turned around and walked out. I cannot understand how Taco Bell or KFC would allow this place to represent their name brand. It has to be a health hazard!
