Picked up pizza tonight for dinner, twist dip sauce the pizza sauce is sour has a horrible tatse. Pizza has the same taste gross. Sorry but this is a no go. Attitude of front desk staff is bad also explain to your young employees say hello and have a nice evening.

For the third time the delivery was late, and missing 3 items this time. When I called to complain, I was told that a manager would talk to me, which took several minutes before she even got to the phone, then she hung up on us. That was it for us, never ever will I order from them again

Have grown up eating this stuff. Lately it has become terrible. The manager blames her young kitchen,”she can’t watch every order.” That’s what she said. After they didn’t deliver half of my food the first time, then the second delivery still had things missing!!! The manager fails to own up to her incompetence. You lost a costumer for life.

AMAZING! Even when I called just before closing, the staff at J & J’s took my order and delivered it even quicker than even they had anticipated. So the customer service, delivery, and professionalism was much appreciated. But the pizza? It was better than I could describe in words. Undoubtedly the best thick crust pie in the area. Thanks to the entire staff for taking my order, preparing me a delicious meal, and delivering all of it in a timely manner. Rest assured, I’ll be calling again every time I’m in the area.
