We left. It was 12:30 pm noon, no lunch crowd. Now I know why. Poor service and no drink service because of the co2 broke. They could only Sell bottled water. We left and went to Bryan’s McDonald’s. The young man working the counter was very nice.

Giving 2 stars because the food is always decent but the staff is horrible. The past few times I’ve gone I’ve had bad experiences with rude employees. I’m not a Karen and I don’t expect much from McDonald’s, but these employees are the lowest of low…. There’s only ONE lady that’s always nice. She has red hair and a southern accent. I wish I knew her name so I could shout her out, she’s great! The others… not so much. Just make the drive to the one on university. It’s SO much better.

I’m truly surprised this place has more than 3 stars. You could get better service at a shady gas station at 3 am in downtown atlanta than this McDonald’s. I can honestly say I have never had a pleasant experience here. It is always dirty, the staff is not only rude but also incompetent. It is surprising if your order is correct. There isn’t any kind of customer service here.

Everything here was average for a McDonald’s. Service was slow considering how busy they were (which was not at all) and they always forget the honey with my sausage biscuits. But, it’s a McD’s: it’s cheap and easy and you won’t be disappointed coming here vs anywhere else. Will come back if on this side of campus.

Had a staff member be very rude and condescending. Asked me if I had “The muffins and hash browns” I said no I had the egg McMuffin and she dangled the bad in my face and said yeah the muffins. I understand where’s she’s coming from with muffin but McDonald’s also sells muffins for breakfast it’s was a simple misunderstanding that she escalated into a condescending moment. The ghettoest MCD in all BCS especially at night. Night staff very rude & condescending. Also noticed the lights are all off in the parking lot, building, & signage at night, leading ppl to believe the restaurant is closed. I’m assuming so they can avoid getting customers during the evening/ night hours. In the day it’s not so bad but definitely avoid at evening/ night! The EPITOME of GHETTO falls short in describing this place.

After Texas A&M events, needs to be fully staffed. Tables, floors, drink serving areas were filthy with trash. No ice. We asked for ice and young worker who placing extra lids out sais, “Do you see me with ice?” It was dark, dirty and can’t even imagine what bathrooms may have looked like. We, five of us, ate in our car. Not good for long time, long traveling Aggie fans who put a lot of money into your community.
