I visited The Pho Fix with my family and was pleasantly surprised. I normally do not like pho or any clear soups for that matter so I got the sandwich. My biggest gripe with typical bahn mi is the very hard and sometimes rubbery bread. I definitely enjoyed the light flakey bread used in the sandwich. It was packed with meat and well worth the money. I will say, it is not complete if you choose not to dip. The side soup gives the sandwich it’s life!

Wanted to try out this place as today was the grand opening. The build your own pho option is great. I didn’t enjoy the broth un-pho-rtunately. It had too much flavor if that makes sense? I think the intention was to be different than other pho broths but the vegan broth was overpowering and too salty. They add a seasoning powder on top of the soup before serving and I think it has more salt. It was also very sweet. I prefer a lighter style broth thats more tangy. We also had the beef broth which was also pretty strong but better than the vegan.

Quick background story: We accidentally stumbled across The Pho Fix when followed our noses and it led us down to the underground food hall. We never had pho with bone marrow before, so we gave this place a try and instantly became a fan!

The atmosphere was calm, and music was a bit loud that the employee assisting us could not hear correctly. The Pho was good and favorable. I got the combination bowl it was delicious. My spouse got the Supreme bowl; the bowl itself was delicious, but the beef rib and bone marrow were dry, and there was no marrow in bone. This is the main reason for coming to the location.

Decided to try this place on a whim. It was delicious and I’m not an pho person. Would definitely recommend any try again. Was disappointed in the Vietnamese coffee though. Also food was a little pricey for what you get. Paid over $20 this sandwich dip and Vietnamese coffee.

Delightful find! I stumbled upon this gem while visiting Paint Nail Bar next door. The combination bowl with the featured brisket from Blood Bros. BBQ is a must-try, as the broth is incredibly tasty and doesn’t require any additional seasoning.

First time here and it was absolutely delicious!! My husband ordered the supreme bowl. I ordered the build your own with oxtails and quail eggs. The oxtails are just fall off the bone, so damn tender and just YES BABY!! This is the new way to do oxtails! It’s a cool experience to watch your food prepared in front of you and add your toppings as you please. One of my fav perks was the fact that they had soybean in the can! If you’ve never had, do try! Esprit you like milk teas it’s similar to that taste and texture. I definitely recommend this spot. We will be coming back many times. The Pho Fix, y’all have gained loyal customers today! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
