We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

They increased prices by 50%+, but their food is disgusting. I have been going to this location for over twenty years. I got the $5 meal cause I was in a hurry to get someplace that didn’t serve food. The burger was dry and they forgot cheese. They put one tiny tomato slice in there. Lol

Last night my boyfriend went to this location at 1am or so and got checkers frys and a strawberry Sundae to bring home for me & After eating half way through my sundae there was something super hard in it which made me investigate and not eat any more of the sundae. I did try to call the location and leave a message to a manager because this is just crazy. I am providing photos of the CAP that was in my sundae. I would advise all workers to be aware of your surroundings and work area. Also I am 30 weeks pregnant and if I would have swallowed this plastic I would have had to go to the hospital immediately.

First Rodeo and still my stomach is Hurting!!! The food if you can call it that was disgusting . The burgers look like they were taken out of the garbage, I should have taken a photo!!! The fríes were the saltiest, DEAR LORD!!! I can not consume any salt for the week!!! The chicken tots were NOT as bad ! You get what you pay for !! And we waited almost 15 minutes for this food !!! I rarely leave bad reviews, but this location really deserves it. You order in the drive-thru from a computer- yes, you read that right- a voice to text computer. The software is horrifically bad, so the drive-thru line is always backed up. I’ll spare you the details… placing the most simple order possible will still get messed up. I was just told that the staff still listens to the order interaction between the customer and the computer(although they don’t assist in any way, and the cooks think it’s hilarious). Despite finally getting a correct order on the screen, my card was charged considerably more than what the screen showed and for the same amount of food, somehow all of the combo pricing was removed and the food items were charged individually….they shrugged it off and didn’t care. I had to call the corporate customer service line to get any sort of a refund.

Super bummed about the robot that can’t understand me and after multiple x of repeating an order for 4-6ppl, a human employee has to take the order anyways, which holds up the line. The employees are great. Food is consistent, overall.
