Order arrived 2.5 hours after ordering. Door dash delivered it. I didn’t even eat it. It was still in half dough state, completely overloaded with toppings; I’m guessing in an attempt to make up for how late it was. It’s been a long time since I remember the quality of this pizza hut being acceptable.

Literally order pizza at 5:20-5:30 and it says estimated time was 6:03 so I waited til 6:40, called the store and they say the order hasn’t been started and told me to wait another 12 minutes for the pizza to be delivered. 7:10 pm the pizza was still not here so I called the store and they out me on hold for 12 minutes then hung up. Went to the store and they said no one has came and pick up the pizza and the pizza was cold. Still waiting on the pizza and it’s currently 8:07 pm. Waited almost 3 hours for a pizza. I’m never ordering from this place again

Worst experience ever. Ordered online and once I got there the lady working was on the phone, didn’t greet me nothing. Another person came in and something. We were waiting there for a good 10 mins and then someone walks in and she put the person on hold and gives this person their stuff and back on the phone she goes. My order was wrong, in the customize part of ordering I asked for extra sauce and extra sauce on the side and even said please and thank you and didn’t get either. Pizza was not even hot and was dry as heck. After waiting close to 20 mins I finally got my pizza and out the door I went. Never again will I come to this location.

We waited almost two hours for our order. When we received it the pizza was cold. They claim they have no drivers so they are using door dash. Very unacceptable service. You call and they tell you are told something different. Don’t order from the Columbia Heights location.

Worst pizza hut place to ever order and eat from, took two hrs when it said it would be ready in 15 minutes and when I got there the rep told me it would be another 1/2 hr till my pasta was ready and the order was sitting in the warmer the whole time and come to think about it I ordered cheese bread and got. Reg bread ,. To really top things off the rep lied by saying she was alone , really there was like 7 people in back goofing off and not being clean ( not washing their hands)

Food was over an hour late. 3 phone calls, placed on hold for 10 minutes. Actual store phone busy signal multiple times. Food was burnt, cold (also weirdly salty?) and worst of all there was a literal BUG on the pizza. If I could attach a photo here I would.

Took almost 2 hours for the order even though the site said 25-35 min. Food was cold. Breadsticks has no seasoning. And it was $70 for 1 large pizza, breadsticks and a 12piece wings. This isn’t the first bad experience. In the past we’ve just ordered for pickup because we know it will take forever. Once I stopped in for a pickup order and there was a book left out with customer complaints logged. It had employees making disparaging remarks about customers who had legitimate complaints as you’ll see from all the other reviews. It’s clear they won’t take your complaint seriously. I’ll never give this location my business again.

Pizza hut on 52nd and central in northeast delivered pizza to my house 3 hours later. Come to find out we could not eat the pizza because of the condition of it. I’m a pizza hut lover since a little girl. But nothing was done far as my food order I even kept the food to be picked up from this place and was only given a 20 credit and not the full credit or refund.
