I will start off by saying food was good but service was completely horrible. My wife & I walked in to order at 2:50pm on 3/12/23 and all the tables still had dirty plates and trash all over the floor, plus it wasn’t even busy at all. We placed our order @3:00pm and didn’t receive our side dishes until 3:16pm. By then tables and floors still haven’t been cleaned. Finally one person came out to bust tables while other employees stayed behind the counter doing nothing and playing around. The M.O.D didn’t even care if her lobby was dirty or clean. No one the had a sense of urgency nor was anyone being greeted. Plus before we ordered an employee got in front us to order when clearly customers come before employees no matter what. In addition to, one of the employees was wearing crocs to work in. Now I don’t know the dress code but I know for a fact you don’t wear crocs to work at all and that’s any company especially the food industry. The wife and I left about 3:41pm and there was still a few dirty tables, dirty floors, and window cleaner was left out on the table by the salad bar. That is a health violation for sure. Mind you this place was not busy the whole 50 minutes we was there and no one cared. I hope the right people see this. I have pics posted for proof. If I was district manager, I would fire everyone or train them the right way but preferably fired to teach them a lesson. Hire people who actually want a job.

I will forever be a fan of Jason’s Deli but this location left some things to be desired. This was my first visit here because it was convenient after leaving the Memphis airport. The guy at the register was nice and helpful, but it was weird when he made a politically motivated joke. The turkey muffuletta was dry and lacking enough meat/olive salad to match the size of the bread…such a disappointment! The other two guests weren’t that impressed with their selections either. In addition to the muffaletta, I had the salad bar. It was on point…lots of yummy selections! I was really impressed when I saw that gloves were available to use at the salad bar. More restaurants should definitely follow suit on that.

I asked for a fresh baked potato In advance and what I received was a brown old Dried up baked potato smothered with cheddar cheese to hide this trash . I ordered a turkey wrap it had one piece of turkey on it which cost $13. The tables were dirty , the floors were dirty , and there are young people Playing

Today was my family’s last trip here. $13 was expensive when it was unlimited salad. $13 for one trip with a small bowl to the salad bar is ridiculous. My family of 3 paid $60 for a minuscule portion of food. And Jason’s deli has never been where you go if you want food to taste good. The only reason to go was for the unlimited salads. I had not been here in several months and i now remember why. Gross food at exorbitant prices that you have to stand in line forever to receive. Save your money and go to Disney World. Same experience but your kids will be happier for the same price. I hope these guys go out of business for this rip off.

I visited Jason’s Deli on a friend recommendation. It’s one of my favorite place now. I tried their chicken noodles soup , it was really yummy. Chicken was properly cooked. Customer service was good. Free ice cream was an additional icing on the cake. Really like it. They have started dine in. Do try . I will be trying their sandwiches on my next visit.

First timer so maybe it was me. Ordered the beefeater. Thought I was supposed to go to other end of counter to receive my to go order. Nope go to where you started, then told by cashier to stand anywhere. That’s where I was before at the far end of counter, in my anywhere spot. Oh well… Guy making my sandwich said my name nice and loud, you can’t imagine all the times someone at a restaurant asks for name… Squirrell…. Then very timidly says it so I can’t hear it or skips over thinking it’s a joke. This guy gets kudos for saying and speaking boldly and correctly. Food was great. Looked like plenty of people purposely coming there for lunch, not because it’s closest to work, they’re coming because it’s good. Worker folks, managerial style folks, retired folks, all folks there eating. Like the large cup and lid too. I reuse at home in garage. Nice sturdy. Good top that won’t let flying sawdust get in, heyy, small things keep me happy.

It was my first time sitting in or even visiting this location. I really came for the salad bar and got in addition to my turkey wrap combo. Staff was really nice and accommodating. Salad bar had a very good selection so I was pleased about that. Location is very spacious and the facility was fairly clean considering it was the lunch time hour. Would definitely recommend!

Visited this location twice in the last month and thoroughly enjoyed both visits. The first time was on a Saturday afternoon and it was fairly busy but not too bad. They were a little short staffed, but were helpful and friendly. The food was delicious as I have come to expect from Jason’s Deli. They are consistently good. The salad bar was stocked and has everything you could want, from tomatoes to olives, broccoli, artichoke hearts, cottage cheese, feta cheese, Parmesan, cauliflower, pasta, egg, bacon, various peppers, onion, mushrooms and much more. There is a wide assortment of dressings from jalapeño ranch, to honey mustard, balsamic vinaigrette, Italian, ranch, etc. They have an assortment of dried nuts and berries, croutons, seeds, and other goodies guaranteed to make your creation over the top in appearance and flavor!
