Hickory pit million times better food service and menu choices! No bread baskets? Lobster tail so tiny u can hardly see it! Prime Rib on top of brown gravy??? 45 no sides? Lobster tail no sides! All in all horrible food and experience!!! Never coming back ever! 5-6 times or more at hickory best food ever!!!

Stopped in Laughlin for the night and decided to try Stockman’s. The restaurant is located on the river level at the Edgewater. It is clean, seating capacity for all size parties. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We called before going but didn’t really need to as there was plenty of tables available.

We went there yesterday and the food was delicious . The service ( Jesus ) was excellent. Bread was delicious , the soup was really good . My filet was cooked to perfection . My wife’s shrimp scampi was delicious . And the loaded baked potato was delicious . And the gentleman that checks you in was very nice and helpful . Overall a very good meal .

First time trying Stockman’s. The service was great. We tried the stuffed mushrooms very good. We ordered the Prime Rib dinner and Ribeye dinner both extremely good cooked exactly as we ordered it. Lot’s of flavor. We will be back.

Excellent they did not have the dish I wanted mushroom ravioli but I got sautéed mushrooms and asparagus grilled in a delicious sauce. The bread is warm and melts in your mouth. My wife’s steak was amazing. I don’t eat meat so I can’t confirm. Staff was way cool and got in without a reservation so that is icing on the cake before the cake comes. Love the atmosphere cool vibe. Highly recommend and I will definitely return

Have to say I normally don’t go to places that have less than 4 stars. But I tried it because it was convenient sure to being onsite. Thought I would give it a shot. I ordered the catch of the day and it was Halibut. Pretty amazing! I got it blackened.. it came with a shishito pepper, garlic mashed potatoes & an amazing lemon garlic butter sauce. Perfectly cooked! Crystal was my waitress. Excellent service and very friendly. I will return.

The food was an A+! Our steaks were perfectly cooked and well seasoned. We had the Ahi appetizer as well… A MUST HAVE! The only part we wish was better was the service. We saw our server maybe 2 times. Staff was great, however it seemed our server had an off night. Overall, we highly recommend this place. A+ food and a great atmosphere.

I was disappointed that I was unable to inquire about food allergens. I called TWO times and was eventually told to ask the server. Unfortunately their servers and the cooks had no idea. I want to share that I had a totally different experience at the Gourmet Room at the Riverside Casino where the chef personally took my call.

Service was not great. We got there when it opened and was told there were no open tables and they were fully booked. We asked if the bar was open seating and found a spot there. The entire time we ate there were plenty open tables within the resturant. The bar tender didnt know people were not allowed to make substations, so we were charge for the $18 worth of food that we were told would be free amd not a problem. My sprite had 0 carbonation and was basically water. Food was sub par at best. Garlic mashed potatoes had no Garlic taste, and were served Luke warm. I ordered my stake medium plus and it came out well done. The second stake they came out with was under done and had soo much gristle I could barely eat it. The Mac and cheese was OK but nothing special to set it appart. This was our first time to the Edgewater hotel and Stockmans and will be our last
