The service quality was not up to par. No welcoming smile – just glum faced and poor counter service. I was doing a take out order at the outlet in Garland. I was further surprised when the counter server asked and pressed for a tip. On a take out order? Take out orders don’t need to be pressured for a tip. Surely, Pizza Hut should pay for his wages for preparing and delivering the packed pizza to the counter? Your business will decline if staff are not properly trained to offer good customer service. But you know that already.

Pizza dough was too soft, probably undercooked. Had to fold it to eat. Toppings just fell off and were not baked into the pizza. Like they took an undercooked doughy pizza and just threw on toppings. The cheese side appeared to be just thrown on, not in a neat consistent way. Also ordered 5 breadsticks but 10 were included which was nice but didn’t need that many. Chicken Alfredo was baked fine just the pizza was disappointing. Will not order from here again.

Has to be the driest pan pizza I’ve ever gotten. Not sauce wise but the crust. We pay that extra dollar to get a different taste from an original crust. Whether it be butter or oil from the pan we pay for that moisture that makes the crust crispy, not Papa John’s tear away type crust. On top of everything I call to complain about it, they tell me to come make the drive back and they will remake it only to be told no that was pan. So wasted my time n gas to go back up and didn’t even remake it. So by the time I was able to eat anything it was cold. Very bad experience. Not usually this bad, but to be told that this dry pizza is supposed to be a pan crust. Very disappointing.

How can have people answering your phone who’s rude! I did a carry out pizza and my pizza is two layers of crust never had that happen and its literally uncooked! The young girl who answered told me she guaranteed it’s not uncooked and I’m lying! Low and behold take the pizza back and what do you know it’s uncooked

Just look at the picture. This is a bacon and pepperoni pizza, very confused on how onions ended up in the box. Half the pizza is just BREAD no sauce, no meats and when I called the manager “Tre” says with a very passive attitude if I don’t come up there and get another one (mind you I had this delivered) then there’s nothing he can do.

Giving 1 star only because 0 stars is not an option. The store at 6850 N Shiloh Rd, Garland TX is awful! My order was over 45 min late, and the pizza was slid to one edge of the box, as if it had been sitting on its side, and COLD! After waiting 21 min on hold, the manager was less than cordial, and told me “well, I only have 1 driver, and you were #5 on his route”. First, no driver should attempt that many deliveries, as it is impossible to deliver hot and fresh food. Second, this manager was rude and demeaning. He initially said that he would remake the order, but it would take 60-75 min and I would be #4 on the delivery route. After 45 min I called back to check on the status, and was told “we are not allowed to remake any orders, and you will just need to reorder at another time”.

I do not recommend this location. I love Pizza Hut and this one is close to my apartment, but I now drive 10 minutes further to avoid this one after the last few visits. The main problem is the staff. The last time I picked up my order, I walked in and the woman who helped me was sitting in the chairs at the front (which is fine, didn’t upset me) but then proceeded to get up and lean her head back in agony like I was inconveniencing her having to get up to get my order. She then proceeded to roll her eyes and ask my name, I Gave it to her, she grabbed my pizza and tossed it on the counter carelessly and said “you can check it” (because I know the new policy is “if we don’t show you, your pizza is free”. “You can check it” is not showing me. But I proceeded to open it anyway seeing the stingy 8 pepperonis on my pizza. She told me my order total, and I get my card and say “I had wings too”. She then rolls her eyes yet again and goes to check, grabs the container, and tosses it on the counter even more aggressively, then repeats the total. I put my card in and as it was processing, I reminded her of the parmesean shaker and she says “THATLL BE .99 CENTS” I said “I already added that in my online order. It’s not additional” at this point I’m aggregated. She then looks at the receipt and sighs loudly and then grabs a box from under the counter and slams it down upset asking a male employee to come open it so she can get me one. And of course, tosses it on the counter as she had everything else. I explained my experience to my partner and he said he saw her there the previous time he picked up our order and she was visibly making out with her boyfriend who also works there for at least 3 minutes before she was willing to come help him. This woman is the reason I will no longer come to this location. Respect your customers enough to have standards of your employees. This was classless, unsanitary, and upright disrespectful service.
