Despite it being so uncomfortably hot this crew still greets every customer with a smile, is always freaky fast, and overall goes above and beyond. I’ve had multiple occasions where they’ve messed up my delivery order, including 1.5-hour+ waits and other times when they said my order was delivered but I never got my food. I won’t order from this location again. Terribly managed and completely unreliable delivery.

Good customer service, decent food, TERRIBLE DELIVERY. Driver was out for delivery for 30 mins and still couldn’t get to my address which is 2 mins away. Eventually called the store and was told it just got dropped off and the driver texted me (no text received and I confirmed my number on the app). Sandwich came missing cheese but the store quickly make me a new sandwich (plus free cookie) and I picked it up right away without a problem. Stay away from delivery though they clearly need more drivers.

I ordered delivery and it only came after a 2 hour wait. Not ideal but the food is like every other Jimmy Johns which is pretty good. 3 stars is probably being generous as most people would give less for such a long wait, but I had time

I’m sick of this jimmy johns time changing or posted on Google maps wrong. They say their open til 12mid but it’s not true. They even close as early as 4p sometimes. It use to be very convenient to order from them from U of M Hospital but now it’s a headache. Their the only one who delivers to the hospital when there’s two other one within a 3mile distance. Like what’s up with that.

If I could give a zero star I would. Everything about my order was a huge disappointment. Not only did they make my two sandwiches wrong but they also took over an hour to make there delivery. After about 40 min a called the location and the service provider was not even able to tell me the estimated time the delivery driver would be here. I would not suggest ordering from this location as there food is far from freaky fast….

Ordered food to my job site today waiting over an hour for my food. Tracker told me it had arrived but I checked all around my building and nothing so I called the store and the lady tells me my food has been sitting at the store the whole time. At this point it’s the end of my day and time for me to go home so I asked them to send it there 5miles from my home and apparently “it’s out of delivery range” yes I will get a refund in 2-3days but that doesn’t help the fact I’ve gone hungry for the past 2 hours waiting on them and now I gotta spend more money somewhere else…. I’m done with this JJ location
