Staff is very rude to everyone that comes through the door, the only thing the staff does well is standing around talking instead of working. If you ask for the sauces you paid for they tell you that your bread sticks do not come with sauce even though the crazy bread combo clearly states it does. You’ll easily wait and hour plus just for two pizzas and a order of bread sticks. Nothing is even hot or ready like the company slogan says. This is the worst little Caesars in the entire Chattanooga area.

This is a very busy store. I do not mind waiting a few minutes for my order, especially if I see how absolutely busy the employees are. This team did a great job with amount of traffic’s they had today. I must’ve seen 20-30 pizzas go out the door while I was there. They are really working hard. I’ll come back.

So Hot N Ready not so hot n ready at this location. I went there because I was in the area,and the guy working said 20 mins til the Hot N Readys were ready I was going to leave go run some errands and come back,but right after I walked out before I could get to the car the guy was right out behind me and taking a lil break. So I just left and went to a different location. Hwy 58 seems to have lazy employees and customers are not a priority to them.

Ordered 3 pepperoni pizzas and a crazy bread,,was told would be 30 minutes came back 35 minutes later and still didn’t have my order ready.Its Sunday they are not busy and I saw at least 3 employees.we ordered at 1:05,still waiting @2 Do better

Made me waste my entire 30 min lunch break when the guy who took my order over the phone tells me he never put it in the system, once I got there. Now I have to work the rest of my 10 hour shift light headed & starving. Don’t order from this location.

I’m never going to this location EVER again. Both the food and the service are AWFUL. Each time I think it may better (we live down the rd so it’s convenient) but every single time I leave angry and disappointed. On 3 different occasions (1 time in person and 2 times through the portal) the pizzas we got were SOGGY. I mean so soggy you pick up a piece and it fell apart like tue bread was soaked in water. Rude service each time. 4 different times the sauce we paid extra for were HALF full and even if that. Every single time we stand in line instead of the portal we wait for anywhere from 10-20 mins with NO ONE IN FRONT of us without an acknowledgment at all. We’ve seen the same happen to customers ahead of us. Today the customer ahead of me was checked out and when I walked up for my turn the employee turned away without a look or word and went to the back for over 10 mins. Not even a “I’ll be right back” or anything. This happens pretty much every time, and I’m done with it. We, and others we know, are done. We are warning everyone we know not to waste their money here.
