We ordered from the Clinton store for delivery and ordered a pizza with NO sauce because my niece is allergic to the sauce. We even called to make sure they understood our request since we ordered online. They not only messed up on my nieces pizza they wouldn’t answer there phone. Called repeatedly and even answered and hung up. We spent about $100 for our dinner with friends.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I placed an order online for 3 of the pretzel pizzas. I arrive at the store and wait patiently for about a half hour. I go in to see if my order is ready. The girl behind the register checks to see if it’s ready and then tells me it’s going to be another half hour. Although I was surprised it would take so long, I went and waited in my car. I set a timer for a half hour and waited patiently. When my alarm went off, I walked back inside to ask if my pizza was finished. The same girl said it was going to be an additional 10-15 minutes. I noticed that there were multiple workers in the back standing around doing nothing and only one person in the back who was working. I explained that I placed an online order, and it was supposed to already be completed. She said there was nothing she could do and that online ordering was busy. I proceeded to wait in the store off to the side so that I would receive my order exactly when it was completed. During that time, I heard the employees in the back of the store making comments and complaints that there were mice in the store running back and forth. As concerning as that was, I didn’t say anything to the front cashier because she had already made me feel like she didn’t care. Another 20 minutes went by before I received my order. I take the pizzas and drive home. When I got home, I opened the pizzas for my family to eat, and I realized that not only were the pizzas not cut properly, so they were nearly impossible to pull apart without ripping them to pieces, but whomever had boxed them had dumped an enormous amount of salt all over the entire pizzas. There was so much salt that we were not able to even eat the pizza. I called back to the store to explain the situation. The first time, the phone just kept ringing. When I tried the second time, I tried to ask for a manager to explain the situation, and then they hung up on me. I called a third time, and they hung up on me again. Worst customer experience ever.

I ordered on the app and saw they were serving a pretzel crust pizza even though the pretzel crust is not currently on promotion. I love that pizza, and ordered it. What a mistake. The pizza is not pretzel crust, and the salt on the crust is not pretzel salt. It was super salty, and the pizza was slimy due to softer crust. It seems like the business is trying to recreate the pretzel crust pizza and it was awful.

Do not buy from here. Ordered the Fanceroni Pepperoni and half way home opened the box to this monstrosity. You would think that buying it and waiting 10 minutes for it they would cut it and at least make it look nice but nope. Also, does fanceroni mean less pepperoni? Last time I come to this location.

This is by far the worst Little Caesar’s I’ve experienced in terms of quality control and customer service. Multiple times they have missed things from my online order then I have to wait in the long line to ask about it. We have ordered stuff online and gotten the notification that it is ready to pick up only to arrive and have to wait an additional 45 minutes for them to actually finish our order. And tonight I ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza to open the box and find just a pepperoni pizza so when I go ask the kid about it he looks around all confusedly like the correct pizza was somewhere else then told me they would have to remake it and it would take about 45 minutes. So I spent the extra money for sausage for nothing or I’d have to sit in the parking lot for 45 minutes for them to make a pizza at 8 pm on a Sunday. This was the last time I’ll be ordering from this location. Terrible terrible service.

Order a pizza here through Doordash, the most horrible food I’ve ever had. I took one bite of the pizza and it tasted horrible, like it’s been sitting out for a few hours. The sauce tasted expired and the cheese as well. And the pizza was a little undercooked as well. The crazy bread was also bad, I ended up finding human hair in the breadsticks. I even received the wrong drink as well. This is by far the worst little ceasers I’ve ever had and won’t ever be purchasing from here ever again.

Not only did I wait an extra 15 minutes for our pizza but then we get home and our pepperoni pizza looked like this don’t get me wrong I love pepperoni and all but this was ridiculous! We had been there from 8pm to 8:40pm others who came in well after us had received there’s and we ordered the exact same things some of the others where ordering. A guy with dreads and a hat on key scratching his head right next to the pizzas and that’s pure disgusting.

Went to get 2 pizzas for my boyfriend’s niece and her husband and hangout n visit. Great customer service and good pizza. Price was good was on sale the pizza we got and bread sticks I love as well..I would recommend this place to others. My family and friends.

ordered Crazy Bread and was not aware that it no longer comes with sauce, not offered to purchase any sauce, and the “hot n ready” was at best “warm and ready” closer to the end of its freshness.
