Panoply Santa Maria style BBQ is a great place to eat dinner on a weeknight or a weekend. The food is great. The service was great. The live music was awesome. We went on a Wed when it was “open mic” night. The local band was great. The young gal who worked at the restaurant sang a few songs and it was awesome, so was the guy working in the kitchen who also sang a song. Around 2030 a fiddler player showed up and he was amazing. I definitely recommend Paniolo!

Had a great burger here. They don’t sell alcohol but have a store next to it (ABCs) where you can bring anything you’d like to drink in. There was a great band playing while we were there.

The rib burger was definitely one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I’ve been to some of the most celebrated burger places like Au Cheval in Chicago. This burger is at least as good or better. The 9oz patty is no joke. I love it. Also really great vibe and nice people.

I was blown away by the bbq (and burgers) at this family-owned restaurant. They were so kind, the food was delicious and they have local musicians that play in the evenings. The owner took the time to show me how they smoke the bbq and all about the history of the restaurant. Definitely recommend!

Had a blast here tonight! Had the loaded fries special that was really good, and my wife enjoyed the combo plate. It was a lot of food though so be prepared. Service was fast in spite of the crowd. The real treat was the live music though, which was a lot of fun! They played a little bit of everything. Check the website for the music schedule and be sure to show up either early or with a reservation to get a table.

I loved this restaurant!! The food was really good. I tried pineapple burger and chili fries and was really good. They have live music with a dance floor, if you like good food and having fun (dance like me) so you will enjoy this place. The food may take a while but the wait is worth it.

Let’s first start with the atmosphere. Restaurant is a family run place with stage for live music! The band while we were there was awesome! The food is delicious and the staff is warm and inviting. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the island. It was our first restaurant to try when we got here and we were not disappointed. This is a must visit place in Kapaa.
