If you ask someone how they want their steak and you as the establishment make it incorrect then its OK to offer to fix it but not with an attitude. If they don’t want to eat it too pink or bloody then offer to fix it however that may be but don’t have an attitude because someone brought it up and then avoid the table because there was an issue with the food. Place was decent overall but how you handle a situation also plays a big part in it. This place was, meh, average. Definitely did not enjoy having to ask others to finish serving the table after our waitress decided to ignore the table after the issue. We weren’t mean about it. I’d say if there are other places give them a try but this is a chain and I haven’t seen a consistent issue other locations

It’s a pretty good steak house! Fair pricing, usually fast service, loud atmosphere, easy dining & kid friendly. Food is always good, fresh, tasty and quick. Have had a few over done steaks but hey I’ll take it. I really enjoyed the peanut shells that they use to throw on the floor. Where’s those peanuts at?! Also has pretty good dessert and drinks. Definitely recommend!!

Was a fairly busy Thursday but we were able to get seated fairly quickly. We were sat in the back section with no one else. It felt almost odd that no one else was seated in that area either. This was the only part of the experience that made me question as there were ample other seating. Felt as though we were being pushed away from public eye.

Craving steak, but not in the mood for fancy so we ended up at Texas Roadhouse. Our first visit and it was good among the Outback level steakhouse set. The atmosphere is cute. We had the cheese and jalapeno bites, which were called something much better. They were tasty. The loaded potato soup was also tasty, wish it was a little thicker, but that’s personal preference. Our bone in Ribeyes with mushrooms and onions were Very Good. I had a side of their brown gravy to dip in also Very Good. I would go here again and way before I go to an Outback. I’m off my game, no food photos.

It was busy and the food was great as always. I’ve been to Texas Roadhouse in Texas and now Colorado and every time the food is delicious and we have a great time. I got ribeye with mushrooms and onions on top,a loaded baked potato and chili, and my husband got a hamburger. The steak was cooked perfectly – I asked for medium rare with a warm red center and it was just right. Great flavor and dark sear on the outside. The mushrooms were also really fresh, thick cut and delicious. I love how they do their baked potatoes too, with salt on the crispy outside. Their chili is also amazing. The hamburger wasn’t my favorite, since there was lots of barbecue sauce, but it had a tall big patty and a good bun and I’d probably have liked the traditional hamburger. Their thick cut fries were really good. Our waiter was attentive and really nice and made sure we were comfortable for the whole visit. We were full and still had leftovers so they let us take the rest home in boxes and they even brought us a fresh box of warm baked bread to take home. This was some of the best food we had on our trip to Colorado and we will be back again and again.

Very good place to eat out for a date. Loved the cactus blossom, it was really good and the Cajun sauce even better. The salad was good, the chili same. My husband’s stake was delicious, nice and soft. My stake was very dry and hard to chew but the gates was good. The prices are really high, so it’s just a place to go once in a while.. I recommend though, you don’t even need a reservation if you go on a early Friday evening.
