The first place I have ever purchased stale chicharonnes. Talk about ruining your day. You come home expecting to have an amazing dinner and bite into stale chicharones con chile. Horrible. And the butcher was pretty rude and told me, “I am not going to sort through and pick the ones you want”. Great service just doesn’t exist their.

There prices are very high , garlic is 4.99 each there bananas are $159a lb. Chips almost $399 a bag. Ground beef $549. lb. Beef ranch meat $11.99 bl. That’s too much.

Love this place. My go to when we want meat for tacos or to have a “carne asada”. The carnitas are delicious but only made for the weekend (and maybe friday?) They also have grilled chicken (yum) and sides ready made out front during the weekends. The staff are always friendly.

While the bodega is decent, this review is really for the weekend grilled chicken they be selling. $8.99 whole grilled chickens on saturdays and sundays! Add containers of rice and beans for a full meal. Each container is $3.50 but the meal is so worth it! My man is a picky eater when it comes to grilled chicken and this place stole his heart. Nomas faltan las tortillas! Try it out at least once!

I love this place…the care asada ceviche and salsas are sooo good and not only that they sell ice cream, raspados, tostilocos,nachos etc. The ladies who work there are friendly and know how to treat customers…the carniceros too…bomb place
