This review is for a northern VA McDonald’s. We arrived for sausage gravy and a biscuit, they said they’d never heard of the item. Uhhhh ok. I ordered coffee. They told me to pull up and wait. A few mins later another customer pulled up behind me, also waiting. Minutes later they brought his coffee out. I asked where mine was, the employee stated that the coffee he gave to that customer was old and sitting on the counter for 20 mins. I wait 10 more mins, and here comes my coffee, finally. I’m at a park 15 mins later drinking my coffee, which I have to spit out. Full of grounds, stuck in my mouth and teeth.

Got the Grimace’s birthday meal. The food is good but the shake is what everyone is wanting to try. The shake is purple, and it is berry flavored. They should add this to the regular menu, it definitely stands out and would add variety instead of just the standard flavors they carry now.

I went through the drive thru for the 3rd time my order has been messed up I ordered a number 7 large with a doctor pepper no pickles I received cheeseburgers that were no pickle no onion no cheese and medium fries that were cold. I definitely won’t be back

Look, I get that all fast food restaurants are struggling due to an employee shortage but I had to sit in the drive thru for literally 20 min for a fry & drink. I paid ahead using the mobile app otherwise I would have left. The kid at the window hands me a drink and says it’s a Coke. Okay, but I ordered a Diet Coke. So he tries to hand me another drink but it had been sitting there long enough the ice had melted so I asked for a fresh drink. He tries to hand me the Coke again. Seriously?! So a manager steps to the window and when I explain she says So what do you need? Ummm… the Diet Coke I ordered, please! The kid hands me a bag and I look inside and it’s a burger. Again, I just ordered fries. And, of course, they were cold. Just a poor experience all the way around.
