I hate to leave such a harsh review because for many years I have loved the pizza from this particular Dominos. But over the past year, the pizza has been subpar and I have been ordering less and less, and then culminating into what they delivered to me today. This was a rewards order, but that is no excuse for this quality. I have been a faithful customer to this store for years, but after the dip in quality this past year, this one just sealed the deal for me.

I placed an order to be made an hour later. They forgot to make the pizza. They then made it while I waited. They offered me a soda for the inconvenience which I declined since I don’t drink soda. I rushed out (I was late for something due to the pizza) and when I got there, I looked at the pizza and it was burnt. Not to the point that it was inedible, but it was still a completely black crust on the outside.

We get Dominos pizza a few times per month and this store is one of our favorites. Pizza is consistent and the garlic stuffed cheese bread is very oily but delicious. The staff has always treated us very good so we give it a very good rating.
