The burgers are definitely extreme! They were delicious, although really messy to eat since they were huge. But what good burger isn’t? The fries were very crispy and served with aioli. The quality definitely surpassed my expectations from a food court burger stand.

So I was super excited to come here. My brother sent me a video on it. So drove 17 miles to come here. Let’s dive in. So I ordered the brutality burger. Didn’t really realize what it was all about. Ordering through a kiosk easy. Food was quick to receive. So when I sat down with this mountain of meat. I looked at it and realized it had two beef Pattie’s and 2 grilled chicken breast as well. I couldn’t bite into it so I removed 1 of each. I tried a piece of the meat separate and wow no flavor and the beef was spongy. Horrible horrible burger. Tried the chicken breast and yes no flavor and it fell apart. So then I wanted to try it all together in hopes the condiments give it a chance. Went to bit and the bun completely fell apart. Could not even eat this pile of flavorless meat. Now the fries. Yuck. Had a horrible coating on them. Even the coke tasted tasted like carbonation. The calibration is way off. 1 star for presentation only.

Currently eating a fantastic burger from 4×4. It has the most perfect bacon I’ve ever gotten at a restaurant. This is absolutely worth the price. The employee was very accommodating to a picky eater like me fand overall he is doing a fantastic job. Keep up the good work!

The food is absolutely outstanding! The best burgers around! We drive 45 minutes away just to come and eat here! Fast service and great people! I recommend the 4×4 burger! You won’t be disappointed! Definitely recommend this place!

I never written a bad review anywhere ever but this place was outrageous. I waited 45 minutes for a burger and everyone around me was also complaining about how long it was taking but I was not going to say anything. She gives me my burger and got cheese all over me. I was trying to make best of the situation and just sit down and eat. Until she calls me back up because she gave me the wrong burger then accuses me of STEALING this burger. She says it I should have known this was not my burger because it was bigger then the one I ordered and says that I was messed up for taking it, even though she called my name and gave it to me. At this point she was being so mean to me that I was in tears, I told her I did not want to eat here anymore and kindly asked for a refund. She told me my food was fine and to have a nice day. I will NEVER eat here again.

An absolute gem inside Fox Valley Mall! If you love burgers, you need to order from 4X4. The cheeseburger is juicy, delicious beef cooked to perfection. Order with onion rings or fries and you have of my favorite restaurant meals! This is owned by a local, Naperville resident. Support local and enjoy!!
