I’m so happy that we have a local wood-fired pizza spot in Pahrump! Mauro, the owner, expertly crafts each authentic Italian pizza in their high-temperature wood oven. I’ve been a loyal customer of this fantastic local gem since 2020. Whether you prefer to customize your pizza or try one of their specialty options, the choices are plentiful. Personally, I can’t resist ordering their mushroom and eggplant pizza with vegan cheese; the crust is simply outstanding! In addition to their delectable pizzas, they also offer a meatball appetizer, fresh salads, and mouthwatering desserts. Without a doubt, this is a truly delightful pizza spot that never fails to impress!

Wow! What a wonderful Mother’s Day lunch and experience. The food was delicious, flavorful and you definitely get what you pay for here. The crust tastes fresh and is light, crispy and flavorful. We had meatballs, salad and several of their pizzas—one was their Popeye. I can’t say enough about the freshness of this food. We dug in so fast that I forgot pictures and asked the owner if I could take pictures as he created one of his masterpieces. Seven in our party and 7 five star ratings. We will most certainly be back. Oh…did I say how great the service was? They even open the door for you when they aren’t super swamped!

It was a really fresh, delicious pizza that I think is unique to Pahrump and Nevada. Everything seems to be from scratch and baked fresh in a wood burning stone oven. The gentleman who cooks is a Italian Pizza chef from Sardinia originally. The server is a friendly hard working person. Sometimes there is a little bit of wait when I have gone. But, sometimes good things take time. It has always been worth it. I would suggest it to a friend. But probably not the exact definition of fast food. Usually I have waited about a half hour hour or less. Definitely worth a stop.

I was totally impressed by their pizzas. I had a small one, my husband the larger one. I cannot recall the names of the pizzas. In any case, The crust is thin and the toppings were tasty. The prices are ok/affordable. The service was very good as well. We were 4 people. The pizzas do not come all out at the same time but whenever each one is done. I can only recommend this place. My husband and I will definitely go there again.

Let’s talk pizza Pahrump!!!!! You really got a winner with FARINATA a new pizza eatery! Very cozy, super clean! Sorry I didn’t get pictures of the inside but I promise to update you soon! When I tell you delicious! I am a foodie and this pizza place is worth the visit! I had the Vegetariana with mushrooms! You can see it on the menu I posted! My favorite! I had the pizza several times because January is my Birthday month! I also did it for the consistency on taste and the fresh ingredients. Every single time the pizza was amazing! Made in a brick oven, pizza crust is not over cooked. I also tried the Popeyes with light Alfredo sauce and mushrooms, as you see I love mushrooms on my pizza! You have to try it for yourself! My go to pizza place!

You will not find better pizza anywhere. Maybe in Italy. I was in Italy many times and I know good pizza. Pizzas from this place is on top 5. Pizza is made with wood fire in classic owen. That gives the pizza very special flavor. I hope I will come back to Pahrump soon so I can have this pizza. If you want to know how is pizza in Italy this is the place. And it is cooked by very nice and friendly Italian. Thank you for fantastic pizza.
