I was once a regular customer, however over the last month the service has been terrible. I know the owner and I don’t think that he would approve of the way his restaurant is being ran by the employees. Sometimes, they close earlier than what the closing times show on the menu. Then,if they do take your order, the food gets to you over an hour late. The food is cold, with moisture in the contents. It’s always sloppy upon delivery, and the customer has to microwave it. Which is sad,because I pay with my debit card.therefore it’s impossible to send the food back,to much hassle. I called tonight,the young man proceeds to take my order,then in the middle, cuts me off, after a disruptive employee yelled something out loud,then my order was not taken. I have spent good money with this establishment, never again.

I placed an order earlier in the amount of $35. I call back to place an order for cheesecakes and toss salad in the amount of $15. The young lady didn’t even know where I lived. Couldn’t spell I asked her look my address by phone number she had to step outside. What in the world cancelled order. Going to grocery Store and buy three cheesecakes for the price of three slice’s that can’t even be delivered. Due to poor service.

Mother of god, I’ve “tried” ordering 5….5 separate times ffrom this place after 10:00pm. Scattered from Friday, Saturday, Wednesday, Thursday, Tuesday. Hell any day. Always something. “Our ovens are down, we don’t have any delivery drivers, we are closed (the most famous).” I had their pizza/wings once and it was amazing. I’ve been trying to reorder the same thing over and over and it’s always something. Lmao I mean seriously. This place is a joke. Good food, but for the love of god, they don’t want you to have it. Terrible terrible terrible!!!! This is why you can’t support black owned businesses! Placed an order online that they swear i didnt place! Been waiting over an hour for food that was never on its way! Then some dummy tried to argue with me and tell me that i must have called another location and they never got the order. Keep in mind i have my conformation email stating that i ordered at just the right location. I also have a call log that shows the 128 times (no exaggeration) that me and my boyfriend have called this location tonight just trying to place a simple order. Because no one answered, we decided to just place the order on line and this bs happened. You know what i think though? I think they decided it was raining a little too hard and they just didn’t wanna take any more orders. Thus being the reason for the phone having a busy signal for an hour straight. I believe the phone was off the hook. So then they wait until 1am when they’re closed to finally answer the phone and lie and tell me they never got my order! Pathetic!

I order from here all the time….I have experienced new workers that don’t know how to take a order….I tell them the pizza I want they in return ask me what’s that .. They never answer the phone late night and when they do they refuse to take your order saying it’s almost closing time…. The service is horrible some nights….this restaurant definitely needs to do better….I’m calling now no answer but they don’t close til 1a.m…..terrible!!
