Most depressing food I ever got in a long while. Do not get any fish related item. The fish has more breading than it has fish, is worse than any school served fish sticks and they even managed to serve undercooked soggy fries. The coleslaw is not a coleslaw but a lemon-soaked mess of carrot and cabbage. Lots of regrets for almost $10. Skip that place. Totally not worth it.

Don’t get the fish and chips, or any fish that is fried. It is breaded more like chicken tenders than anything fish and chips should be. They charge way too much for a handful of fries and two slivers of overcooked fish. The people were nice, but the fish was garbage. Sidenote, no malt vinegar.

The soft tacos here have their own blend of flavors, that while maybe not truly authentic Mexican are always satisfying. Recommend the spicy citrus slaw chicken or fish. Location at UCSB’s UCEN right on the lagoon adds to the experience.

Fusion food, one of the better fast food places in the UCEN. Fish tacos are my go to here. Some of the fusions get a bit weird so always read the menu carefully, one of the few places I have ever seen that has burritos with French fries inside the burrito.
