Ordered delivery today online at 12:30pm. Only have an hour for lunch. Store isn’t far from where I work so it should have only been maybe 15-20 minutes for delivery. By 1:40pm still no food. Lunch hour already over by 10 minutes. I Called. Gal who answered phone flippant/indifferent and could care less. “Thought” my order was out for delivery. Order showed up at 1:55pm. No Napkins. No straw. Large drink, with completely melted ice and my watered down drink was to the point it was undrinkable. Tuna barely cold, so not even sure if it’s safe to eat it. How long WAS my order in this dude’s car??? Never again folks. Totally unacceptable. VERY poor customer service and shoddy attitude on top of it.

I tried to eat here but the customer service was horrible, no greeting and after a few minuets of standing around and the workers not acknowledging me, I had to walk out. I get that the staff is a bit young but they really need to learn customer service. I would have been ok with one moment please or any type of acknowledgment.

Ordered the gargantuan and tuna subs. The gargantuan sub was great. Wife didn’t like her tuna sub. I took a bite and it was very fishy flavored. Have ordered from other Jimmy John’s and it didn’t taste like that.

Service was fast and kind. Sandwiches though, were mid. I ordered the veggie on white. It was sparse, single layers of 4 veggies, then cheese, which they only have provalone. It’s also on a harder ciabatta-like bread, so it’s a chewy mouthfeel. My husband got chips in his combo, which he didn’t like, they are a JJ store brand. I did like my oatmeal cookie. But at almost $30 for 2 combo meals, this won’t be my local choice for subs.

You have to be kidding me?! I placed my order and it was accepted at 11:47a the time is now 12:47p and NOTHING. Website still shows order received, no one is answering the phone in the location! I am beyond irritated right now! My blood sugar is going to crash and I can’t even figure out if I need to order food from somewhere else or if it’s still coming! Horrible customer service!

Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. 2 of 4 sandwiches were made wrong, over charged and manager wouldn’t give me any money back, only a “free chip or drink”. Literally anywhere else is better.

Not really sure how these kinds of sandwhichs are 40 dollars. Both meals I got were very lacking in this way each bite felt like I was just eating bread with a small reward in the middle. I will not be getting food from here again. Subway has my buisness now.

If you like bread and lettuce this is the place. If you like loud outdated music here you go! I’ve never been to a Jimmy’s and been disappointed before. There is meat on about a 1/3 of my sandwich, and it’s not like a ordeBueno. To my house. I was in store! No Bueno guys, no bueno.
