We had been traveling for 5 days crossing the country, and have been craving some good Mexican food. This place was right across the street from our hotel for the night, so we gave it a shot. So happy we did! The staff was friendly, our server was very nice, and the food was delicious! Definitely recommend!

They’ve the Best Steak Tacos Mexican Style and on Tuesdays they’ve their steak tacos for only $2.25 each. I come here at least 2 Tuesdays a month and honestly sometimes it’s been more than just twice a month. I could seriously eat their steak tacos for dinner every night if I had it my way!! I definitely recommend giving them a try!! Some of the most Authentic & Best Tasting Mexican Food around this area!!:)

This place is so good! The waitress was really sweet and gave excellent recommendations. The Agua Fresca is refreshing and generous in size. My husband had the Cuban torta and loved it while I had the mole poblano with chicken and can’t say enough good things about it and how much I enjoyed it. It all tasted amazing and we definitely have found a new Mexican joint to add to our regular rotation!

The horchata tasted like spoiled milk and had expired candy at the front. But other than that it was a great dinning experience the man with the excellent mullet did very well as a waiter.

The Aguas Frescas were good. The salsa for the chips needed a bit of spice. The seasoning was a bit too much cummin for the meats on the Huarache as well on the tampiqueña steak I had but it wasn’t really a tampiqueña as you can see it looks more like a fajitas style steak. Price was not bad just needs a little improvement in the seasoning and the dishes. But other than that okay

I had the steak wet burrito, and while the sauce and other components of said burrito were quite tasty, the quality of the meat was not all that great. It was definitely edible, but I got a fair few chunks of hard gristle and fat globs. It was cheap though, so there’s that.
