I love this store when I walked in a female employee was giving back to our community and purchasing chocolate from a kids for a school fundraiser. Their customer service is a 10 out of 10 food was a 9 and the price was an 8 the cleanliness was at a 10 as well. This is one of the few place that place quality over quantity. I just went and ordered a super potato Ole and went to eat it and the potatoes look a week old. Like they been in the warmer way to long. I talked to the floor manager and asked him if this was fresh he said yes it’s fresh. I bit into it and the potatoes aren’t even hot there warm. Very disgusting if the customer pays for quality not for some potatoes that have been sitting in the warmer way to long. Just because they don’t want to throw product away and save the company money I will never go there again and the only reason I’m giving it a one in rating is because I can’t give it a zero. At what point was taco John’s lead to believe that is okay to serve food that’s been sitting in a warmer like potatoes they should always be fresh. And hot. I’m very disappointed in there food. Lesson learned. Instead of pinching food to save company money why not keep the customers happy.
