I like to stop here on Friday evenings and grab us a sandwich on our way to Florida. It’s not always the neatest. But I like having a hot sandwich. And that 3 meat is really good. Leave it on the menu please.

Started traveling through Thomasville a lot recently. We’ve hit up multiple other restaurants here & decided Firehouse would our next one. If you’ve ever eaten at one of these before, you know exactly what you’re getting. In my opinion, this is by far the best chain sub restaurant. Will definitely stop here again.

Usually very good but today I ordered an Italian sub minus mayo and mustard well they minused everything. No Italian sauce or seasoning. Was so dry and tasteless. Usually order few times a week but may not anymore. I usually forgive but they don’t even acknowledge it.

Ordered. My new York steamer fully involved. It was plain with gobs of mayo. The bread was extremely soggy due to the abundance of mayo. Used to be a good place to get a sandwich.

If I could leave no stars I would. I ordered yesterday party platters to have by 11:30. This wasn’t just for some get together, this was for my Job. I was notified 15 min before that my order was CANCELLED. I now had to scramble to find another place to feed 40 people in 15 min. When I spoke to the manager he told me the best he could do was 2pm. To make the basic sandwiches mind you these aren’t footlong sandwiches these are ones that are cut up from larger sandwiches to smaller pieces. If party platters weren’t an option or your are too incompetent to make them in a timely manner don’t offer them.
