8/4 was my daughters birthday and all she requested was Chicken Express out of all the choices out there. (LOL) Reluctantly I took her, we had gifts, cookie cake and surprisingly it all worked out so well. The staff on the 7 PM shift was by far the kindest. They made us feel so special on her day. One employee went as far as going to there personal car to get a lighter to light my daughters candles. The food was excellent. The service was above and beyond. I was extremely happy that we came. It ended up being a really great dinner with my family. Thank you guys for your service and making a little girl feel special at her favorite place to eat. 🙂

One of the best Chicken Express locations in Fort Worth. I pass another location to get to this one because it is well managed and staffed by people that care and understand customer service. I’ve been here at least 5 times and it is consistently good with a clean lobby and restrooms.

1st time to this establishment and wasn’t sure what to expect. Ordered 2 combos. The gizzards were good and freshly made. The chicken was a little over crispy and oily for my liking but flavor was good. The Mac and cheese is not preferred. The potatoes and gravy were decent. The signs everywhere says that it’s .50c/ sauce packet. There I’d also a sign that says that they “ID any debit/credit transaction” but that was far from what happens. The staff who greeted me was nice but not attentive. I probably will not return

What happened to this location? Ordered a 7 piece tender dinner w 2 sides. Sides were ok but the chicken was old and dry! Worst chicken I’ve ever had. Last time I ordered from this place a couple of months ago it was good. The price was about $6 dollars more yesterday than the last time I was there. It was literally 11:50 am almost lunch time. I ordered a #1, tell me why it was cold? I didn’t have time to take it back so I wasted $12 guess I need to start taking my lunch oh and it wasn’t even busy yet. Sad to say but it is very important that food be kept at the right. When I’ve had to work in food service we had to take class get a license and learn how to properly handle food is this not the case anymore? People not realize people can get sick?

First time at this location. First time getting tenders. For about $10 I got 7 tenders, a large drink, and a side with a biscuit. #stuffed. I think I’ll stick with drum sticks next time.
