Called in an order for pick up today. I ordered a 2 topping pizza (Mushroom and Pepperoni) and a pepperoni pizza, two bread sticks, 4 sauces, 2 two liters, and two 20ounce pops. 40.00.. We called at 1:30pm for 2:15pm pick up. Got there at 2:03pm. It was ready, ironically. I assumed Id be waiting another 10 min for HOT and FRESH pizza. They added mushrooms to an old hot n ready. It was my Mother’s Day with my grandsons. Im at their house 3 minutes later. NASTY COLD PIZZAS BOTH OF THEM! 40.00 FOR 10.00 IN PIZZA, 10.00 IN BREAD STICKS, 10.00 IN POP AND OVER CHARGED 10.00…. A MANAGER SHOULD REPLY, WE NEED TO HAVE A CONVERSATION

If you never have pizza hot and ready maybe change your slogan to hot cause you waited twenty minutes. It’s not once but every time I come here. I guess I’ll just order hungry howies from now on if I have to wait anyway, they have better pizza. Your only draw for me is that it’s ready when I order it but if you can’t get that right then never mind….

Dropped by to get crazy bread. There wasn’t any available at pick up. Staff at the counter said to wait two minutes. Waited for five minutes. Others who came after me got their orders already. Went up to the counter and was told to wait another 10-15 minutes. Just left without our food.

Not sure who the manager is but when morine worked here we never had any issues. The clowns they have running this store now should look for other jobs it’s not hard to make a pizza in a timely manner. Socializing with co-workers shouldn’t be the priority. Won’t be back

The pizza and the staff are OK. The sauce was a bit spicy. Prices are great. The pizza we ordered looked good but it wasn’t fully cook (in my opinion as a previous pizza man) it was under cooked in the middle, it was still saggy and doughy. Pizza should be well done and crispy.
