A bad service. Both on the spot and by order. There is always something where they get the order wrong or forget something. Don’t say if you ask for something to pick up, it doesn’t matter if you ask for it an hour in advance, it’s never ready. It doesn’t matter much if the food is good because bad service leaves a bad experience
