We are happy to see a ramen restaurant in Las Colinas. Delicious ramen! my son who has Gluten sensitivity is happy to finally see GF option in a ramen restaurant ! They also have rice bowls for those who are not in the mood for noodles. There are different appetizers. We did eat a lot so turned out a bit pricey for ramen. My husband thought his tofu bowl was a bit boring but everything else was quite good, including the ramen, chicken bowl, gyoza, Brussels sprouts and sushi roll.

This is such a great place for high quality Japanese ramen. I ordered the Pearl ramen for myself, & it was amazingly delicious. My mom, fiancé, & I shared a side of pork gyoza, & it was perfect! Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, yet not oily. Not to mention, the staff are great & the place kinda reminds me of being back in Japan. Oh before I forget, they also have awesome vegan options! It’s awesome that I can eat a meal with my vegan & non-vegan friends together 🙂

This was a really great experience! The atmosphere is nice thanks to the rustic wood look and vintage coil style light bulbs. The place was very aromatic and the servers were really nice. The food was also awesome! These noodles are definitely a step-up from the average noodles most place serves; they are slightly smaller in radius but are dense. The egg that came in was runny to perfection and the broth tasted amazing. The bowl was a little on the higher end of pricing (Around $16) but as a Ramen Enthusiast, this was well worth the price.

We came here for lunch on a Sunday. Service was great, we had Jessica I believe helping us out. The food was amazing. I recommend the Kanikama Sushi Bites if your not a big fan of sushi because there are so many yummy flavors. There are also many vegan options as well. Highly recommend!

Soy sauce based soup was good, a little in the sweet side. Noodles were good if you order extra firm. They used stainless spoon which may not be the best idea with hot soup.

Nice atmosphere. Service was excellent. And overall I enjoyed my meal. But I found the flavors to be one dimensional. Also, there are very limited gluten free options. I do plan to go back and try other options.

Fantastic Ramen! Had the spicy beef Gyoza and Garnet Ramen, and both were excellent, but moreover the staff were all so welcoming and friendly, making the whole experience great! Really great addition to The Sound.

This place is AMAZING!! The workers are very welcoming the owner brought out my Ramen then the cheff about 30. Min after went table to table to make sure everything tasted Good and it does !! Its very fresh and perfectly seasoned! 🙂
