Horrible customer service!!! Why are we trying to be like Chick-fil-a with tablets outside in a microscopic parking lot??? On top of that there is no clear direction for traffic flow, and don’t even try to park your vehicle during lunch. Your disrespectful employee taking orders outside today was more than rude to my wife. He’s lucky I wasn’t in the car with her because he would have gotten a rude AWAKENING!!! I suggest you train your staff to HELP patrons figure out where to go and how you want the flow of traffic to work. Here’s another idea, put out some cones or A-frame signs to direct traffic, not some punk kid with an iPad and zero people skills.

Small JJ’s with no real indoor seating. Does offer outdoor seating which is good about 9-10 months of the year so not too bad. It does have a drive up, not super noticeable, drive around to the rear of the building to place order. I went inside to order, as the commercials go, “Freaky Fast” service probably a minute at most, sandwich was fine, very typical of the brand. Would certainly go again when in the area and looking for a sandwich.

For a fast healthy choice its a really good place. I have not been disappointed until now. I wanted something other then soda and really didn’t want water. However there was lemonade and it was far from lemonade and says it right on it! Please get some other types of juices that are real juice! Please….

So the sandwiches at this place are good as with most of the Jimmy John’s that I’ve been to. The challenge I have is that I often order delivery. And they’ve raised their prices to where it now cost $16 for a sandwich to be delivered. So my rating of three is more based on a value approach rather than a quality of Sandwich assessment. If you’re going into the store by all means you can expect this torque produce as good of sandwich as anywhere else. By the way my three star means good as opposed to a five star which I think would be a great value.

Went twice with my fiance. We both got tuna subs. Loved/Appreciated that they put a good amount of tuna on the sandwich. Great value, friendly and quick service! Highly recommend.
