The service would be great if they had more staff in the front of the house to help guests. When I was there I experienced a long wait at the register waiting for someone to come and take my order. I ordered a Philly Steak Pizza to go. The pizza was very salty and I was unable to eat it. It tasted as though someone dumped a whole salt shaker of salt on it. Timbers is usually great but I was very disappointed in this visit. I accidentally placed this review for Four Winds Timbers in Dowagiac when it was Timbers Four Winds Hartford where I had the salty pizza. Sorry Timbers Dowagiac. !!!

Ordered a Ruben sandwich which was supposed to come on marbled rye bread, it came on white bread and was told twice that it was rye. Apparently they believe the consumer isn’t well versed in food. We sent it back.

Wow, today Sunday, 10-17-2021, we had for lunch: (while watching Chicago Bears vs Green bay) a terrific meal medium rare Prime Rib. I believe they serve this every Sunday. Delicious.

Shout out to the cooks for making some delicious burgers! The timber tots are also on point. Service could be quicker though. My sister and I placed our orders at the same time, I got my meal first, but I was almost finished with my meal by the time my sister’s meal was brought out. We ordered the same thing.

Disappointed there was no Bison Burger on the menu. Poor girl behind the counter was taking orders, packing piled Up orders from the kitchen Than expected to serve the orders to the customers all by herself. Supervisor came to help but only Caused mistakes in orders. Need to start a curbside service….Because it didn’t feel like a very safe place to be with several employees not wearing their mask properly.
