Changed of owners, felt cleaner kitchen and better organized. The food is excellent, they give to go bags now, so it’s easier to hold on and walk around to eat. Excellent customer service and will definitely be back here again

So, the fries were totally fine. I don’t have a problem with the food. But it is very deceptively marketed. They advertise different size buckets but they don’t tell you that they put a cone of paper at the bottom so it can’t be filled up all the way. We were confused at how such a big bucket of fries was only 800 calories, well now we know.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Awful customer service. Waited 20 min to just watch the employee fill up powder buckets when they weren’t even half empty. She could have been making everyone’s fries that were waiting for 20+ min. I had to request for a refund! It’s just a fry stand! Shouldn’t take as long as a sit down restaurant

I was here on the 25th of September and order the large Taters. I stood by and waited for my order. I saw other people get their order who came after me. All this time I’m watching the two kids who were working eat while making everyone’s food. They were eating French fries. Finally I asked about my food. This was after about 15 minutes of waiting. They were not that busy that day. Normally they are really busy so I am used to waiting for my food here. I’ve been here many times. As I asked for my food they said here it is. It was under the glass. They said they had called my name but they had not. I asked why they didn’t call me again. They said they do after 10 minutes. They claimed it had not been 10 minutes yet. While I was talking to the lady who was helping me, she walked away. I asked her if I could speak to the manager and she said that she was the manager. I asked for the corporate office number. She said it was a franchise. So I asked her for the owners name. The whole time the kids that were working there were giving me dirty looks and laughing and still eating. The manager said she can’t give me the owners number but I could leave my number and the owner will call me back if they think it is necessary. The manager said that the owner was in the hospital having surgery and she would review the recording from the camera. Needless to say I never heard back from anyone. I gave this place 2 stars because the food and portions were really good. The customer service is not so good. I’m not saying don’t go here to eat, but just beware of what you might have to deal with.

Really love this place. Tried tots and curly fries with chili bbq flavor and they were yummy. We will have the fries whenever we visit the mall. Owner here is nice/friendly and he welcomes with warm smile. Totally recommend this place for potatoe lovers
