The last two times I have been here the service has been awful! I am a teacher and only have 30 minutes for a lunch break. I got there with 20 minutes left. I ordered a kids burger and a large hot fudge Sundae. Only 1 person in drive through and 1 person inside. 20 minutes go by and still have not received my food. So I paid $7 for a meal I didn’t even have. And the time before this the man in the drive through window was so rude to me and really acted like he could care less to be there. I was very disappointed in the service here and will not be returning.

Second my friend ordered plain and dry he got everything then returned and asked for a new one they cleaned the items off with lettuce and maynoise still on it .WOW . 3rd I ordered a bacon cheese burger and got a jalitos Cook got mad when he made the order wrong not sure if cashier knows wat she’s doing but none the less Yeah Worst possible on a hot day

The gentlemen at the window with colored eyes was very rude and disorganized. I had to repeat my order several times and it was clear he wasn’t paying attention. I ordered a combo when they gave me my food i noticed my bag felt light. What kind of combo doesn’t come with fries? He also didn’t ask what kind of drink I wanted. I had to tell him.

If I could give 0 stars I would this dairy queen has gone to S*@t! no one on front register to attend to the customers promptly. the cook sux our hamburgers were undercooked and cold. so people when u go thru drive thru or dine in or carry out be sure that you check your food to make sure it’s not Raw. health inspector should come and pay a visit.

I’m giving 3 stars for the food but NOT for the Blizzards! I come to eat here often. The food is good. Service is good. The restaurant is clean. I’ve brought my kids here, my grandkids love it, heck even my dogs love the pup cups here at Dairy Queen in Annaville. But tonight, June 12, 2023 was my last time ever buying a Blizzard. They just aren’t worth the price in my opinion. I don’t eat Blizzards but my family does and it’s been one time too many where I buy Blizzards for my family and it is literally just ice cream with maybe tiny specks of cookie or whatever type of Blizzard we order. I went inside to order one today. A large Oreo cookie and added cookie dough on top of that to a large Blizzard. It was over $7 and that’s fine… But not when I got the cup and saw NOTHING but white ice cream and what looked like tiny specks… Almost like pepper! I’m assuming it was cookie specks but come on! I mentioned it to the girl who handed the Blizzard to me. I said that I couldn’t see cookie pieces OR cookie dough. She said that it was at the bottom. So I took the spoon and started scooping out ice cream, moving it around, and then asked her to show me where. She couldn’t obviously! She did offer to put more. She put some on top and I thanked her and left. So when I delivered that blizzard to the person I bought it for I told them not to let the top of the blizzard fool them. They were very disappointed as well. I’ll pay for ice cream. I’ll pay for a Oreo cookie Blizzard because my family use to really like them. But not anymore. Not without Oreo cookie or cookie dough that you can see and taste. Just not worth it imo.

Worst service by far. 20 mins for 1 sundae, 1 blizzard, and 1 banana split. Staff talking with friends in the lobby while they have cars parked to the sides in order to get other orders, and then make them pull over to the side. Our ice cream was already melted when it was given to us, and covered with whip cream in order to hide it. This is ridiculous!!
