If I could give this place 0 stars I would , I ordered a strawberry refresher, I always ordered here for without green tea because I’m allergic to green tea ,they never charged me nowhere for not having green tea and for only having the strawberry refresher they charged me a $1 dollar extra for “water “ I asked the lady why she charged me a extra dollar and she said because the policy changed ; I also used to work at Dunkin so I knew it was bs and I explained to her that nobody has ever charged me extra just for the flavoring ??? Then she said “when you work here we’ll give you a discount “ please that’s not a response for a costumer but anyways don’t go here they’re so unprofessional

Please don’t come here for coffee. As a former Dunkin Donuts employee, no one here listens and you’re likely to get the wrong items you asked for. I was told I ordered the wrong thing. In my day, we fixed what was wrong and sent the customer complete and on their way. Try queen city roasters instead.

Indian manager women is low-key racist. Always has an attitude for no reason. The workers 9 times outta 10 make the coffee taste bad. I would recommend the Dunkin in Clinton honestly. Also they take forever. And when you point it out they try to blame it on you.

To be completely honest…the customer service is not the best and the food well it’s fast food so you get what you get mediocre. I come here often and only had one issue previously (manager was rude when I told her my order was wrong…she told me I ordered wrong. Just rude and disgusting) before the issue I had today. I have been ordering through the DD app because I rather not deal with the rude a manager and it has been going well. I walk in grab my items and go but today was HORRIBLE… I came and my drink was not ready. I waited and watched how other customers receive their items. I even so staff walk up to some customers who haven’t receive their items… I watched for 10mins but yet no one approached me or ask me what was I waiting for. I finally said excuse me I haven’t gotten my drink and they said oh the machine is broke. I’m like why would no say something why have me waiting here so long for a drink. I asked for a manager to let her know what happened and she had response she just stood there… I asked for my money back and walked out. I will not be back
