Would be a great pizza business if they could get it together. Great product but continuously understaffed in which they make their problem yours. Placing an online order only to have it cancelled and then have to wait on your money to be returned is not cool. This has been going on for way to long. At least close online ordering before you decide to close early. That’s a nobrainer. Save yourself the time and order from someone that has employees.

First off, I’ll start by saying I usually really like Marco’s, their subs used to be my favorite in Chillicothe..but the last two times I’ve gotten subs it’s been terrible, tonight being the worst. There was so much sauce the bread was completely soggy. The sauce spilled over everywhere, so I wasnt even able to pick it up with my hands. But the worst part is. I literally live right over the hill this this place..so takes me about 5-8 minutes from the time I place my order to pick up my food..and it was barley luke warm like it had been sitting out for a while. I couldnt even finish half of it, and threw the rest out, completely inedible. I still like their pizza, but I’ll never order a sub from them again.

I love Marcos so much, I chose to have them cater my wedding! The employees and who I’m assuming is the manager was SUPER nice and you can tell they really took their time to prepare. I ordered 240 wings and I believe 20 pizzas and they were definitely a guest favorite! I’m beyond impressed with not just the food, but the employees and customer service! So glad I chose them for my special day!

I’ve almost always had great service at Marco’s. I have been ordering from this location for over 5 years. I moved about 9 months ago. Tonight I learned that they do not deliver to me and I am within a 5 mile radius of the store. This needs to fixed, I was told they do not deliver to my address. I think your food is great please fix this so I can order from you again. Loyal customer for 5 years and I’ve even ordered and picked food up within the past 9 months. For my first delivery within 5 miles you’re telling me no? Really?! Shame on you Marcos…..shame.

For pizza that won’t break the bank, Marco’s is our go-to. We’ve never had a bad experience, with either the food or the service. Living out of town, we haven’t used their delivery, so I can’t speak to that.
