Great food but not consistent at all. I usually order the same thing which is a meatball parmigiana with hot peppers and some how it’s always mixed up with green peppers. Then when you tell them about it they ask “well did you ask for that?” Clearly I did if I’m calling back about it. There’s just too many other great Italian restaurants in the New Haven area who can make the same thing just as good without the continuous mishaps with your order.

Ordered after a few yrs of not using them bc I got a sad steak sub a couple times. This time I got a chicken cutlet sub and it was perfect, seriously perfect. Also got fried calamari it was chewy and salty, but benefit of the doubt I ordered calamari and it was delivered, bet it would’ve been fine dining in. W a sandwich like the one I got that day, I’ll be back.

Ordered pizza few days ago only to realize they must of changed their pizza sauce recipe, it’s horrible, taste more like a marinara that would go with fried mozzarella etc very disappointed the sauce also seems to have alot of pepper in it. Guess I’ll be looking for a new place

This is my salad tonight! How dare they tell me to come back for replacement. No refund offered. Don’t bother to serve if you can’t get fresh ingredients!!!! If there is a zero rating that would be it! I have been a customer for many years and never again! Terrible customer service!

Thought I would try a different place for a change. Ordered chicken wings and received 5 drumsticks and 1 wing and they were cold. Also order the fried broccoli, cold also and seemed like they were frozen, the soup was also cold and the brownie and was not homemade probably they bought them from a store since they were in a package. Terrible food will not order from them again. Sorry no stars from me from if I could have from a first timer.
