Only good thing about this place is the music they place. As soon as you enter no one greets you. They just stare at you until you’re ready to order. They don’t explain nothing on the menu. I ordered the pastrami bagel sandwich. Not only was the meat old but the lady making the sandwich had the biggest attitude. Spent 42$ on 2 sandwich’s that went to waste. Please don’t waste your money. Only thing you’re paying for is bad service and food poisoning.

I order ahead, ask for the bagel toasted, I get it and it doesn’t even feel warm, I ask them if it’s toasted, I turn around and ask them if it’s toasted, they say yes, I rush into work and I can immediately it was not, it had just came out of the bag, it was cold, untoasted, so not only did they not want to put the cream cheese on a hot bagel, they lied about it to my face, when I walked in I had to ask for help no one was at the counter, why would I pay $5 for an untoasted bagel when they cost $3 in New York? I’ll just do it on my own next time.

Picked up 3 bagels (an everything, sesame and a wheat) and they were still warm in the bag. Turned them into delicious breakfast bagels at home. Perfect start to a Sunday. Fantastic service from a friendly crew.
