First order was today. Pizza, chicken, Philly Steak. Chicken is what it is. Philly Steak was great. The Pizza is the star of this show. One of the best tasting pizzas I have had in a long time. I like Guisseppe and Galuch and this is their equal but with a more charred crust. I make actually, after more purchasing, say Nick’s is better. Super impressed with that pizza.

Ordered chicken and Jo Jo’s on Friday for a birthday party on Saturday. Went to pick it up at 1:30 on Saturday and they didn’t know about the order. I had to wait 20-25 minutes and take my husband and grandkids to party and come back No discount offered or extra chicken offered for inconveniences. The chicken was good but the service was horrible. How do you not look at the order hanging up when you open.

Ordered pizza on Saturday for 12:30 on Sunday. Arrived at 12:30 pizza wasn’t even started. Said it would take 10 minutes for pizza to be done it took 25 minutes. As I’m waiting for my pizza a mouse runs or stumbles out of the kitchen and falls over dead. The owner comes and kicks it to the side like it was an every day thing and just goes on with his day. After waiting an additional 25 minutes for my food I wasn’t offered an discount or a pop, nothing for my inconvenience. As I thought about it waiting and after the mouse I couldn’t bring myself to eat let alone purchase the pizza I told them that I would never walk through their door again and walked out.

A nice sweet tomato sauce, not too heavy. Delicious melted cheese to perfection. Knocking off one star for both price, and there was a hair in our pizza…

Beyond worst customer service I have ever received. We were delivered this pizza that was clearly dropped at some point. When I called for a new pizza a man answered interrupted me when I was speaking and told me “they are too busy and will call back tomorrow”. I love supporting local businesses but this is beyond the worst experience I have had with any company, on top of it all we did not receive a refund or new pizza. I do not recommend this place and they will never get our business again.

Called to order food and some woman told me in an annoyed voice that they are closing soon and not to order food. Despite the restaurant being open another hour and a half. I won’t be giving another try after being blown off.

came to place an order around 10 o’clock because the website says they are still open and someone gets out of there car and starts taking the license plate to my my vehicle telling me that it’s illegal to be here and they had just gotten robbed as if i were a criminal. won’t ever be back here to order food.
