they messed up my order. There was a woman taking orders on this day which is August 23, 2023. It’s 1129. I just left about five minutes ago out of the drive-through. The woman was rude taking my order and she was very rude when I called back to tell her my stuff was messed up, I’ve never met somebody more disrespectful in my entire life and if you don’t like your job just quit and no I’m not a Karen I just think if you’re treated with respect that you should give it back that way and this is only to the woman that was very rude to me. Everybody else in the food is amazing from Dunkin’ Donuts.

I come here alot. They are always packed with a line out into the road. Always so nice pleasant. I ordered through door dash today and some where along the lines I didn’t receive my order correctly. We ordered 2 of the same drink and they were both completely wrong,, not only that but the coffees we got had a bunch of coffee grounds in them. Food was completely wrong as well. Service was horrible,, we had to repeat ourselves multiple times and yet orders were still completely wrong… We will never be stopping here again.

I ate half of my jelly donut and found no jelly, then broke the other half and half and found jelly and only half of that half, which means 1/4 of my jelly donut had jelly in it on top of which it wasn’t even a fresh donut. It’s been a long time since I’ve had Dunkin’ donuts and it will be again a long time before I have it again. Shame on Dunkin’ donuts.

This place ia not the place for a quick in and out coffee. Ordered via my Dinkin App 10 minutes prior to getting there (only a coffee) and to my surprise it was not done. Also, there was no one in the drive thru or inside waiting. If it was not for the young gentleman who’s shift did not start for another 20 minutes stepping up, I would probably still be waiting. He is the reason why I’m leaving a 2 star instead of 1.

I really like the food but very very very very slow getting it. I think the biggest problem they have is they can’t keep people. But when things are going smooth the food is very good. I would go their a lot in the morning to get my wife, who works at the hospital, to get food, but stop because too slow getting the food. It is sad because they are loosing money due to lack of possible training. One suggestion maybe would be to be able to order food online and pickup when I get their. Since they are open 24 hours a day, this might work better. will check and see if they may have it or not.

Nicole was on top of it and gets 5 stars. I was inside, and she was working the drive-thru line, but when she saw me standing there waiting, she checked to see if my coffee was being made yet, and it wasn’t. She jumped in and did it. SHE was alert and paying attention to the whole store. There was no downtime for her as i was out of there lickity split!. Suggestion: Drive thru order taker had downtime and could have picked up paper trash under their teams feet. (Pssst, We all see that as we wait for our order)

Was in the drive thru at 11, waited for a while and Noone came. I called and a girl said that they are all in the back baking. No headsets? Makes no sense to be open 24 hours, but not answer the drive thru.
