This place is GLUTEN FREE FRIENDLY! All burgers have Udi’s bun!!! These are gourmet burgers!!! Insanely tasty!!! Fries are perfect and crunchy all the time!! The truffle mayo is almost the same as Gordon Ramsay’s!!! Great place in SD!

I’d give it a zero if I could, went in for pickup for 5:45 I got there 5:50 food wasn’t ready waited until 6 to get it I checked my food my onion rings weren’t even onion rings it was all burnt and not like you promote it jack in the box ones r better, was missing my double bacon burger first time here never coming back I hope to hear back on customer service

There was a parking lot right in front of the restaurant, they have both indoor and outdoor seating but when we arrived there at 9:30 pm Wednesday night, the staff told us that we can only do take out while there were still people sitting and eating in there indoor seating area, I was confused but we did a takeout order anyway.

I ordered here the other day, I got haystack onions and the peanut butter shake. While I regretted it at 3am, I loved it while I was there. I don’t understand all the bad shake reviews because they have specific recipes they follow, I literally watched them follow the formula and the shake was just shy of the top of the cup, the rest was whipped cream. That’s literally how every fast food place does it. It’s not Hells Kitchen, it’s Smashburger, quit being donuts.

Honestly, one of the worst milkshakes I’ve ever had. It took them 13 minutes to make the milkshake. I’ve honestly never have had a terrible milkshake until I came to this place. I don’t know if the milkshake was bad or something but it went straight through me. It was awful and very painful.. while the guy upfront was struggling by himself, making multiple orders and multitasking with me ordering food, there is at least three or four people in the back just cracking up laughing. I’m pretty sure that they will have better food sometime in the future. But honestly, they need to figure out how to help each other

The food was good, I don’t have complaints other than for the price, you don’t get much… I spent $30 on a burger, fries, and a drink… I added avocado and green chilies… I probably won’t go again because I felt like I threw away money (again, purely based on portion size)

Burger was good ordered well done so it was hot off the grill, Smash fries were cold, shake was thin and too much chocolate syrup so had young guy remake it. This young guy is new and has issues making shakes, he only fills cup 3/4 full which happened last visit, I asked him to not to under-fill so instead he adds EXTRA syrup to fill cup which made it thin and too syrupy. Had him remake it and he returned it under-filled. FRUSTRATING! Y’all, please teach him how to make shakes properly. $6 for shakes I expect it perfect! Cooks please serve fresh hot fries!

If you just want a good simple burger with fries, this is the place to go. Pretty good quality tasting food. The only downside I find is that it seems like the burgers get smaller and smaller everytime I order from here. They used to be a lot larger. Also, the food doesn’t really keep you full for long.
