Pretty quick w/orders. I do door dash & pick up orders from them. They help get orders out on time even if they are short w/workers. Food is always hot & good. Totally recommend eating here, ordering from here. Staff is super nice & love their main manager Audrey. Known her since high school she has always worked their.

No star review. Husband ordered pizza and cost was 41.62. Once the pizza was delivered it was the wrong pizza. My personnel pan pizza was right, but his pizza wasn’t. He called pizza hut to talk to the manager and whom ever at the location he talked to hung up on him. He called back 4 more times and they answered and hung up the phone. Wouldn’t talk to him and own up to sending the wrong pizza. Needless to say he couldn’t eat his pizza because it didn’t taste good so we paid 23.99 plus tax for his large pizza that had to be thrown away. Sorry customer service.

Absolutely zero stars.. I was told 15 mins but after 45 minutes and going I to the store was told that 3 employees had walked out and 14 pizzas in the oven. Absolutely a shame they didn’t even discount my order after this whole ordeal.

Personally Pizza Hut isn’t what I remember from my youth, I know the economy isn’t what it used to be and you have to change with the times but Pizza Hut has certainly lost its magical appeal. The location i order from for example can never seem to sauce the chicken wings (boneless) evenly. Its like they throw a little sauce on the chicken and throw it into a container instead of taking the time to shake it up and coat them evenly. Its the little things like this that add up, and if prices are going to go up because of economic inflation, I would prefer a little extra attention in preparation to make the sting of price a little more bearable.

The pizza was good however if you were dining in they could not offer drinks as the fountain was out of order so only water was available. Luckily, we had drinks that we just purchased during a stop for gas.

Well to start off with I’ve not been a huge fan of Pizza Hut for some time now. At least since right before the pandemic. Their price hikes and penny pinching with toppings due to the fact that they were the only pizza place in town made them insufferable.

We have always ordered from Pizza Hut and when we moved to Smithville TN it stayed the same. This store is awesome we have never had any issues and our pizzas are always great. The store employees are awesome even during these crazy times. We would highly recommend this Pizza Hut to our family and friends.
